First of all, I walked in and there were dogs. The cutest, most well-behaved, and friendly dogs. Yup, best shop ever! A-Train is super nice. He got me set up and scheduled. I worked with Vision who has a very soft hand and did a great job on a tattoo I was waiting years to do. I’ll be back for a cover-up and any other new ones I think of. So glad to have a shop so close to home.
Sam was great, she made time the same day we called for 5 of us to get tattoos to remember our vacation forever. Everyone loved their tattoos and she stayed late to make sure everyone got finished that day. Definitely ask for Sam at this shop she was awesome!

I could not be any happier with the outcome of my tattoo, Sam did an AMAZING job!! Being out of state, I reached out to a few parlors prior to my trip and they were the first ones to get back to me and the customer service was fantastic. I sent in all my photos of what I was thinking and was so in love with what she had drawn up! She was laid back and easy to chat with which made me feel more comfortable. My tattoo is healing nicely and I'm loving the fine line work <3 thank you Sam!!
Got to the shop late an even with a large family there getting work done was still able to get in at the end of the day. Artist was amazing and the session went amazing. If you’re in OBX and looking to get work done you have to hit black flag in kitty hawk.

Sam was amazing friendly and very accommodating and patient with us not knowing exactly what we wanted. But coming up with the perfect design for us. And even was the only tattoo shop that called back!!! I was here for a week and called the local shops left messages and got no calls back I called black flag tattoo and received a call back within a hour and got me and my group in right away.
