Best WLM Reviews

Love this place! I met my best friend here. We always have a good time. Unfortunately this last visit my Alfredo chicken was dry. I even asked for more Alfredo sauce and after another 10 minutes i finally received a small (quarter cup) of Alfredo. Unfortunately it want enough to make the meal good.
I don’t blame our waiter Jordan. I assume he was over worked and taking orders from above.
Not sure I will sit for dinner again.
Avoid Avoid Avoid
Went here right after Christmas 2023 and they were so many empty tables but they were making everyone wait 20 minutes unless you reserved a table on their app, then when we got a table and ordered our appetizers and food everything was below warm, our food was not even hot, service was also so slow, nothing about this place said hey come again, place has plenty of potential, food was good just cold, good portion but food was cold....
To sum it up, this was my first time here and my last, WAY OVERRATED PLACE, Avoid and go somewhere else....
BJs Brewhouse has a very special place in my heart. I used to love it for the same reasons every else did; great drinks, great atmosphere, good food and tasty pizookies. However, now I love it even more for a very different reason.
My mom hosted my Bridal Shower at this BJ’s location and it was the most wonderful experience we could’ve ever imagined. The staff went above and beyond to make this day extremely special for me. They fussed over all my guests, made sure that I was enjoying myself, and even added little decoration details to my menu. The staff was so attentive and all of my guests had such positive things to say as the service was incredible. Shout out to our amazing waitresses Celly and Evelyn ????
I had such a wonderful experience at my Bridal Shower that I also decided to host my wedding Rehearsal Dinner at this location just a few months later. And it was just as special and fantastic if not more so – not only did the same staff members from my Shower REQUEST to work at my second Rehearsal Dinner event, but the manager (Hayley S) even got me a beautiful card signed by all the staff and a personalized tote bag for me to take on my Honeymoon: “Mrs. Suarez.” To say I was surprised and extremely emotional was an understatement. I love this company and especially love this location. BJs on Red Bug, you have my heart. Thank you for allowing me to have some of the most wonderful memories and for making my bridal experiences truly incredible.
It's been a while since we've been to BJ's, and as usual, it didn't disappoint.
My wife got the small deep dish pizza, which is half price during happy hour. She was very pleased with it. I didn't get a picture.
I had the Prime Rib Dip with Fries and Cole Slaw. The waiter forgot the horseradish spread but brought it out right away when I mentioned it.
The Dip has a large dish for Au Jus, which was great for dipping. The flavor of the sandwich and the au jus was excellent. The fries were also very good. More than enough for dinner.
I also had a couple Old Fashioned Cocktails. Served in a large cocktail glass with a large ice ball, which is how you should do an Old Fashioned! They were great.
This place is a little pricey, but on Monday, they have half-price deep dish pizza. And their pizzas are always excellent.
They also have daily specials and happy hour specials from 3-6.
And don't forget the Pazookie for dessert. We skipped it this time as we were full.
You'll like this place.
Usually awesome food. Service is always decent. Morgan and the other hostess are awesome.
Burgers are your better bet. If you get fried chicken, in any form, they typically dry it out too much and the portion is small. I don't think they are good at fried chicken or chicken sandwiches. Depends on the cook in the back. Asparagus is also dried out too much. Highly recommend you just get fries.
Overall great place. Well managed. Waiters are on their game. Highly recommend burgers.
I was so excited to try the cinnamon roll pizzokie I saw it everywhere the past week and looked forward to it all day. I arrived at Bj’s after ordering online to them not being able to find my order. I waited for ten minutes there until my one pizzokie was found. I came home to find a completely raw cinnamon roll. NO not a slightly underdone soft cinnamon roll a completely raw dessert that I could not eat. This is a shame. This was my first experience with Bj’s obviously known for this dessert it is unacceptable for this to be served.
If it weren’t for my server, Megan, the experience would have been a 0 star. I went to the restaurant on a Tuesday at 10pm to experience the discounted Pizookies for the second time. Upon entering the establishment, hostess name Joanie attempted to turn away my service and requested my party order takeout instead of seating us because we were only ordering dessert. She stated that she preferred saving tables for parties ordering entrees so the tips would be better. Beyond unprofessional. To accommodate, we offered to seat our party of 3 at the bar, but she stated that the same case applied there as well. Advised we wait to be seated. While waiting, a party of two walked in and Joanie greeted them and confirmed they weren’t ordering dessert only and stated, “you can just tell by looking at some parties” I sure hope that this comment wasn’t racially motivated. We requested to be seated in a booth and Joanie stated that they were all being cleaned. We informed her that we didn’t mind waiting and she immediately (without stopping) sat us at a table, that evidently wasn’t being clean. We were beyond thankful for Megan who turned our experience from terrible to amazing. Thank you, Megan!
BJ's was a mixed bag of good and not so good. We we're there on a Saturday night. Although Open Table said they were only two reservations available after 8:00 pm, there were plenty of empty tables when we got there.
As for food, we ordered several appetizers as opposed to big meals. While the calamari was not rubbery with a nice crunch to the batter. The potstickers were good with a flavorful dipping sauce. Unfortunately, the avocado rolls may have been overdone and seem like they were filled with mush, not avocado chunks and the California club flatbread was rather bland and the bread itself was undercooked and doughy on the bottom.
.We had an excellent waitress who came and checked on this regularly.
But for me, the best was finding that they served their own ginger beer.
I will say there are a number of other things on the menu that sound interesting and I'd be willing to go back and try.
