BJ’s Restaurant offers a mixed experience depending on your priorities. If you’re there for drinks, it’s probably a good choice. The bar area seems well-stocked and the atmosphere is pleasant for a casual night out. However, if you’re expecting great service, you might be disappointed. During my visit, I had several issues with my order and service quality.
I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza with barbecue sauce, but it came without the sauce. Additionally, I requested a brisket and bacon burger with no bacon and extra brisket. What I got was a burger with a minimal amount of brisket and no extra portion as requested. My drink was only refilled once, and that was as I was preparing to leave. The French fries tasted stale, like they were the last batch of the day.
For those looking for better service, I’d recommend the Summerlin location, which tends to provide a more reliable and enjoyable dining experience. Overall, BJ’s can be a good spot for drinks, but the service and food quality at this particular location leave much to be desired.
Recently celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday at this venue and couldn't be happier. The food was delicious, served buffet-style with prompt refills ensuring all guests were satisfied. The service was exceptional, with a special shout-out to Manager Daniel and Assistant Manager Diane for their outstanding attention to detail. Everything ran smoothly, creating a perfect atmosphere and ambiance for the occasion. Highly recommend this venue for any party or event - you won't be disappointed
My friends and I came here to grab lunch. It was the best choice because this place is near our airbnb and we can share the food. We found parking easily so there was no issues. When we walked in, we saw the bar was emptied so we sat there so we can also watch the NBA playoff. Chris was our server and he was amazing with the recommendations and service. I got the 10 piece buffalo wings boned in, with lemon pepper for the first half and Buffalo for the second half. We also got the club chicken sandwich with fried and our third entrée was the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Our food took about like 10 minutes to all come out and the wings were amazing. The chicken sandwich was also good as well. I didn't really like the pizza just because it was heavy but my friends enjoyed it. We had a great time watching basketball and eating our food here.
I recently dined at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse and had a fantastic experience. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making sure our dining experience was top-notch. The best part about BJ's is their large menu, which offers a wide variety of choices to suit any craving.
I particularly enjoyed their Monday - Friday lunch menu, which features $12 menu items. Don't be fooled by the price though, as the portions are quite generous. I opted for the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti and was blown away by how well-prepared and delicious it was.
Overall, BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse is a great spot for a casual meal with friends or family. I highly recommend giving it a try for a satisfying and tasty dining experience.
I was visiting Las Vegas for business. This was my first time at a BJ's Restaurant/Brewhouse. Great atmosphere, wonderful food and drinks. (TJ)Thomas E. did an awesome job. Very nice that Thomas made time to have a conversation with me while I enjoyed my meal. I was so impressed that I sent pics of my food and drinks to my family back home. Unfortunately we do not have a BJ's location in KC but there is one 3 short hours away. My family and I will definitely take a road trip so they can check BJ's out as well.
Really Solid food and fun drinks for a great price and friendly servers who make you feel welcomed. First time here and loved it! The Strawberry Dream is SO GOOD!! Highly recommend it and the Chicken Sandwiches. The slaw is delicious!
Our waitress was the saving grace for our visit, ultimately. We seated ourselves in the bar area and waited patiently for about 10-15 minutes to even get water.
Again, the waitress finally found us and was super sweet. She seemed a bit swamped though, and was hard to track down for refills. Our chips and salsa actually came out quickly and was good. But our meals were a different story: my personal deep dish pizza (which sounded fantastic) apparently was given to someone else. So they had to remake one for me.
It was roughly an hour and a half before we actually got to eat dinner. My pizza was great at least. But I’d likely only go back for lunch on a weekday.
BJ's is truly unique in the sense that you get quality food and great service far above what you pay for. The appetizers are great and I typically stick with the bacon avocado burger ????. They also have a pretty awesome rewards system where you can scan a QR code at the table pay for your order and sign into your rewards all at the same time. No need to wait for a check. Personally I found this very convenient.
