I had my truck detailed on 5/15/17. I purchased this truck (through a private party) and wanted it professionally cleaned and detailed because there were oil stains and dog hair everywhere. I dropped it off in the morning and was called around one in the afternoon that it was ready. When I went to pick up the vehicle there was dog hair all over the back seat still. The dash was wiped down but none of the vents were cleaned. I showed Tom (the owner) and he had me back the truck up to the shop so he could clean the back seat. While he was vacuuming the back seat I kept pointing out places that they missed (the back of the front seats, in between the front seats, and underneath the seat belt hook ups). He ended up making the excuse that he got busy and had one of his employees work on the truck but that he will do it again (that afternoon) and have it ready at the end of the day.
The pictures below and in my profile are what it looked liked at the end of the day. Stains still on the carpet and hair still in between the seats. The doors, trim, and back windows weren't even wiped down. Granted this truck was very dirty and needed a lot of work but for $250 I expected at least a basic cleaning job that included wiping down trim and getting noticeable dog hair removed. Basically this guy charges a lot of money for a glorified vacuum job that I could have done myself for free.
When I called Tom to discuss some of the poor work done he made excuse after excuse saying that they were not magicians. I told him that basic things like having windows wiped down and dust and dirt removed from the doors and trim were missed he ended up hanging up on me and saying he was the best in the business and it was my problem to deal with. This guy is very unprofessional and dishonest in his business dealings. If anyone would like to see any pictures of what Tom's "best work" looks like I would be happy to send them pictures.
I do not know the other people that have given bad reviews and actually know and have done business with some of the people who have given positive reviews. This is my experience with this business and would not recommend this place at all.
Showed up for my Appointment to have my vehicle looked at prior to my detail date as requested and no one was there. Left my name with the mechanic next to this business, in the shared building.
Disappointed to say the least.
Need a disappointed star to rate this experience properly.
I want to put a good word out for Sean (sp?). I had purchased an older vehicle in good condition, but pretty dirty and not a smell I was fond of. Sean really went the extra mile for me. Excellent communications, even brought some issues to my attention. When I got my used car back, it came back looking outstanding! Attention to the details, freshened up the faded plastic bits on the exterior, super clean interior and it smelled fantastic. Money well spent. Highly recommend him. Thank you!!
Great service. Brought in a 4-runner with huge amounts of dog hair, mud, and coffee grounds all over the interior. After a day it was like brand new. Couldn't believe they got it so clean, he shampooed the carpets multiple times to get it that clean and I very much appreciate their hard work. Great that we have this service in the Valley. Nice pricing as well.
Great service, Great people. There auto mechanic Jonny is really good at working on diesels and gas vehicles. They have worked on all our vehicles, they put in a new transmission in my GMC and detailed the whole inside, they did a great job. I have bought two cars from Tom, The first one had some problems with it when i bought it, so i took it in and told them they jumped rite on the problem and fixed it. The best part of it is he didn't even charge me. They did a professional job. The second car i love it and haven't had any problems with it. We take all 4 of our vehicles in and have them do the oil changes on them they rotate tires for us and check all the fluids. We are so happy with them that my wife made them a home made cheesecake. Wait till you meet Herbie he is a kick in the pants.If you want some HONEST mechanic work done and a great detail or even buy a vehicle i recommend going to bitterroot auto & detail. Tom and his team were more than professional. I had them spray on bed liner on my rocker panels turned better than expected! Then had my wife's car detailed came out so nice I let Tom put on one of his lot stickers on to do a little advertising. Great atmosphere and just good solid people to deal with.
Best auto detailing company we have used for our company trucks by far. Very professional and outstanding work. Made our truck look brand new. Cant say enough good things about them!
They recently detailed my “mom” car and did a tremendous job! It was a mess inside and came back looking brand new. I was so impressed. Great customer service and workmanship.
