I had an unpleasant experience. The food was mediocre at best, took a long time to get served, my drink was forgotten multiple times, and the server and cook both seemed grumpy and ruder. Perhaps it was a bad day, the waitress did seem frazzled, but she served other tables, quite obviously regulars, very effeciently and much more friendly in comparison to me and my table. While I do like showing regulars due respect, do not ignore other customers. They seem exasperated by my son, even though other customers seemed to enjoy him and commented on him as well as to him, when the waitress hardly would even get him the ordered chocolate milk. I don't know, did not seem like a cozy, inviting, friendly establishment and the food was plain and typical, I could serve better in my kitchen half asleep on the day before grocery shopping with an emptier supply. Wasn't very impressed, though the prices were low.
I went here with my mother for a lunch date. It wasnt the best,i dont mean to be rude but the server had very obvious leg hair which wasnt a pleasant thing to notice and she was wearing shorts.the service was very slow but she clearly favored regulars as they would get their orders minutes after ordering . Layout is horrible and cluttered to all hell and table place ment and size was confusing with a really bad fly issue.
Also ordered a medium rare sirloin and got a well done that was pretty chard,my mother bit into her burger and it spilled alot of juices which didn't seem enjoyable.
In conclusion skip eating there you can make better food at home.
This was a great place to eat. Warm and cozy on a cold day. I took my 99 yr. Father to eat THANKSGIVING Dinner and it was delicious.
Little and down to earth, inexpensive place. Friendly and faster service. I would eat there again if I get to that erea again.
You get what you pay for. Good food, small country style cafe. WAY off the beaten track so plenty of colorful characters.
Good food good prices. Friendly people. Closed till mid January for remodeling.
Good, hearty breakfast, very friendly. Great place to stop in for breakfast or lunch!
I'm a huge biscuits and gravy fanatic. I ate Bits and Spurs biscuits and gravy and hands down the BEST I've ever had..!!
