Me and my family went to Bistrology in Destin for a nice family dinner on our vacation. I was expecting it to be a nice place because of the videos and advertising I saw online, and it is safe to say I was not disappointed at all. I got the American Ghost burger as my main dish, and it was delicious. If you are going here for dinner, that is what I would suggest getting. It has two 7oz patties with American cheese, bacon, arugula, and tomato, all on a potato bun. The best part is that it has mozzarella cheese drizzled on top, a nice feature to add to the amazing presentation factor of the restaurant’s dishes. Before getting the burger, I got a cold mocha, which was, in my opinion, made just how a mocha should be made. A great balance of coffee taste and sweetness. In the images I attached, you can also see the Virgin Lavender Mimosa, Oreo milkshake, and a Steak Brie Fusion sandwich. We received excellent service and we felt so special being served by the staff. We also ended up bringing home a bag of their Colombian coffee beans. Great atmosphere for all people, and great if you’re looking for some delicious food at a nice dine-in restaurant.
Mannnnn, where to start! Cozy little place right on 98 by the outlets and beaches. Very good customer service and knowledgeable staff. The presentation on all the food and drink items is immaculate. The portion sizes are big, I'd say almost all are sharable sized. The food and cinnamon coffees were very good! Their eggs and potatoes were incredible. Pancakes were decent, weren't as fluffy and moist as I'd prefer, but they weren't bad at all. Bourbon bacon was a nice twist, and it was spicy. Highly recommend this place.
Best breakfast I have ever had!!! Service was fantastic & atmosphere was very nice. Carmen was awesome & answered all our questions as well as gave great recommendations. We really enjoyed watching the coffee artiste making all the amazing drinks. Highly recommend this place. Go check it out!!!
There was quite a wait to this place but it was worth it. Vanessa was an amazing waiter and she took care of us really well the blueberry pancakes were very good and the omelette is amazing. It has a great atmosphere and the decor is really nice, I recommend anyone who is visiting town to go and try this place out. Will definitely be revisiting. :)
I came here with my boyfriend for mother’s day brunch. This is a very cute and chic restaurant. It was very busy on Mother’s Day, but the service was still great! My favorite dish was the blueberry pancakes. They were perfectly fluffy and fruity! I also ordered the Peruvian ceviche which was okay. The menu said it was spicy, but it was not. Which was a little disappointing, but overall still pretty good.
The food here is really something DIFFERENT and GOOD! Have had the Cluck Chicken & Bacon Sandwich twice and love it! Also, check out The American Ghost; fun to admire and eat. This double patty burger is covered with melted mozzarella cheese; not just the meat but the whole burger! Last, the coffee drinks are also super unique and tasty. Love the Mocha with lots of chocolate, Oreo crumbs, and flavor!
For drinks, we had fresh orange juice, the hot white mocha, and the tiramisu affogato. All the drinks were. Beautifully presented and tasted amazing. For breakfast, we ordered the classics breakfast with French toast and the Pancakes Berry Melt. They were both so beautiful and tasted as good as they looked. The pancakes were the best I have ever had - so fluffy and perfectly cooked. The portion of pancakes could also feed 2-4 people. We also ordered the Berry Bonanza drink to-go and it was just fabulous. I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast and the prices are not bad, especially for the amount of pod you get.
Are you kidding me?! This place deserves every accolade it gets! Very friendly owners, chefs, staff, AND the food and drinks are as tasty as they are beautiful. All around a great experience. (Also, I’m excited and honored to be their 1,000th review!! Way to go, y’all!!)
