I've had a few different stylists at Bishops and they never disappoint! Recently Courtney trimmed my hair and she did a great job. I went in for a trim and she only took off what she said she would. I've had other stylists tell me they'd take off and inch and they end up cutting off 3, so I appreciated that she did exactly what we agreed on. She was very friendly and fun to talk to throughout the whole cut too.
My husband likes to go to Brandon at Bishops for his cuts. Brandon does an amazing job too! He's also a very nice guy and fun to talk to.
Bishops is a great shop all around and we plan to keep going back to them.
Sam is skilled, a great communicator, and gentle with my hair. 10/10!
I sat down at her station, mid-breakup, and told her I needed her to help me feel beautiful again. She asked me about what tones I wanted, discussed what kind of cut I desired and gave input on what length would feature my face best. She checked in about the style I wanted to leave with and then allowed me to sit peacefully in her chair while I sorted my feelings. Her intuition was spot on as she would periodically invite me into the conversations being had between stylists and clients who surrounded us.
My last color and cut was in November, so I had a range of colors and tones going on with my hair. Sam took me to the next level with my look and sent me out the door feeling so much better. She even remembered that I had brought my kiddo in at our prior visit and while shampooing, asked how they were doing. And it all came at a great price too! At the risk of losing an open appointment, I can't compliment Sam enough for her expertise, her attentiveness and her professionalism.
My previous stylist moved, and I took a chance with someone new. Katie was great! Even though I wasn't sure I was explaining myself well, she was able to give me exactly the cut I prefer. She was friendly and kind, with a personality that helped me be relaxed rather than nervous. I'll definitely be back again rather than switching to a new place. Thanks to Katie!
I haven’t gotten my hair cut since I was very young and was very scared to go to a hairdresser. This is the only place I trust cutting my hair! Brandon has cut my hair the last 2 times I was there and he was very kind and nice to talk to. I very much recommend!

Bishops has a really comfortable atmosphere and I’ve had a good experience each time I’ve had an appointment. Courtney is a stellar hairdresser and does a great job with adding highlights and toning. Highly recommend!

I've had great experiences with Bishops before, but I can't say today was worth the price increase...Especially since my long cut takes less than 30 min. (the guy with short hair next to me was there before me and still not finished when I left...).
My hair was cut dry, I felt lots of pulls and snags. No product was used or offered. My receipt was not emailed.
Also, upon closer inspection it's not super even.
I was told about a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. I've never heard of such an option for hair care and I'm happy to take advantage of the opportunity. I'll come back next week for an adjustment.
I chose Bishops because of the great reviews but I cannot say I will go back. At a certain point in my cut I just had to stop and say yes, that's fine and leave hoping that it really will be fine. Nope - it wasn't. Points and heavy spots - GUH! Its been a few weeks since going there but every day I hate it.
