My hair is 4 different colors. Michole messed up my hair and then told me to leave and that I should find a new hairstylist when I didn’t want to sign a contract saying she wouldn’t be liable for my hair falling out if she fixed it. This is the second problem I’ve had with her doing my hair since 2018 and she told me not to come back because she made a mistake. What a joke, honestly want my money back for the hair I don’t like. It’s 4 different colors. She still made me pay half but it wasn’t even worth that.
Lenzie always does my hair and does a fantastic job! I will not let anyone else touch my head! She also does my sons and my grandmothers hair and it always looks fantastic! Bisbee hair company is such a friendly environment! I always feel so welcome when I go in there. 10/10 recommend!
Lenzie!!! My hair Angel! I have always been told my blonde expectations were too high and it would take several visits to reach it, but she exceeded them in one visit! She is a Godsend and I’m so thankful I went to see her! Now it’s your turn! You won’t be sorry! ❤️❤️
This was honestly the worst haircut I've ever gotten. I've been cutting my own hair since I was 15 because of a bad experience, but my walmart shears finally broke after 5 years. The first thing I noticed was how run-down the inside of the shop looked, but that doesn't necessarily speak for the skills of the stylists. Lenzie (I apologize if I misspelled it) barely communicated with me, and outright ignored what I asked for. In fact, she was more focused on watching her child. I can understand if you can't find someone to watch your child, but that's no excuse for butchering my hair. I left the salon with my hair several inches shorter than the reference picture (I'm a man, so it's a significant portion of the length) and my neckline pushed up. Overall, I felt like an inconvenience. Maybe the other stylists know what they're doing, but I won't be back to find out.

Nicki has been doing my hair for years. I have curly hair and she always does a wonderful job. Other places I’ve been to always cut off too much and don’t factor in how much curly hair draws up when it dries. Love this salon!
Darlyn has been doing my hair for over 4 years now. I get highlights and tape in extensions and she always does a fantastic job! She is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair and skin care. I look forward to my upcoming appointments, as it's always a great time at Bisbee!
I have always been 100% satisfied with any cut and color I received. Nicki is an amazing stylist and always listens to my (ever changing) wishes with my hair. All of the other stylists are friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Bisbee Hair Co. to anyone looking for a salon!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Absolutely love this salon and every single stylist in it. Everyone does an amazing job and Nicki has taken my hair from dark to blonde in the healthiest way she could. My hair is so long, healthy and the exact color I want. Love the open setup here everyone can chat and just enjoy the environment. Super clean and cute decor. Clean bathrooms. No issues parking. Salon is easy to get to and in a very central location. Bisbee is a great salon and everyone is super friendly and welcoming!????
