Birria tacos are so good here! I got takeout recently but the last couple times I came a few months back, they would have extremely loud music that wouldn’t allow me to talk to the people I was eating with. Not sure if they still have the extremely loud music but I hope not!
it is so loud it's like a club. At one point i covere my ears and they lowered it and then turned it right back up. You have to scream to order. once otder was taken we never saw our server again. Never brought us silverware after the food got there, refills, our check or to go containers. She just never came back. Ever!
The reviews don’t lie as there is a slight wait for some amazing food clearly made with love and I’m okay with that. Sometimes we need to sit down and chill, enjoy something at a slower pace and if that’s what you need - find it here! Server ‘Lem’ was truly the most attentive and kind person I’ve interacted with in a while (prompting me to even leave a review) Shown here is the molcajete and Texas margarita
Cold cheese dip and stale corn chips as a starter, kid ordered steak chimichanga and didn’t like it, huaraches were ok . Kids really liked the birra tacos. Tripe a pastor tacos had a funny taste. Music to loud for my taste. Young waitress somewhat friendly but needs more practice in attending customers. They can do so much better if they wanted to. Hechenle ganas mi raza! Hechenle amor a la comida! No pica la salsa!
I ordered birria tacos and they were yummy. The best out of all the other places I tried. I ordered two steak and two chorizo. The price was $2.50 a taco which isn't bad in my opinion. The onions, cilantro, consume, shells were all fresh which I love. But the reason I rate this place 3 stars is because of the margarita and slow service. My pineapple margarita was decent but it was very runny and liquidy for it to be a frozen drink. The service was very slow. I asked the waitress for the check and it took 30 minutes for me and my friend to get it. The waitresses were very sweet and pleasant. I just prefer the service to speed up more.
Came for the first time today with my parents. We live near this area and have always passed but never actually came in. My parents were super impressed. Everything was delicious. They have the birria tacos because it’s rare to find a good place that even does them. I have the shrimp cocktail and I don’t usually like them but I wanted to give it a shot.. omg it was so good. I felt like I ate it way too fast. And not to mention, the server was super nice and friendly and came by non stop to ask how we were. I believe her name was Merly or Merline . I don’t know lol but she was super sweet. The music was also at a louder volume than usual restaurants but it gives it a super great vibe. I honestly loved it and my parents did too as they stood up to dance! This place definitely needs more advertising because it’s hidden and it’s a gem. Definitely telling all our friends and family to come here.
Ordered for lunch. 4 miles from the house. The food was delicious and fresh. Great friendly service.
I’ve had their food a few times and overall it’s pretty good. Their customer service is really poor, unfortunately. It’s hit or miss if they’ll answer the phone or even take my order (last time they just said “no”). Not worth the hassle.
