Absolutely the best birria I've tried in Bakersfield ???? The birria tatemada with a hot consome on the side ???????? Tortillas a mano???? The michelada was tasty as well. This place is a must ????
Went in on a Tuesday evening, not too busy. Was attended quickly, food came in quick and hot. Absolutely delicious food and beer was cold ????. Definitely recommended ????
This place is absolutely amazing!
Not only is the food great but the staff makes you feel like family.
The goat meat here is the best around with a doubt.
The inside is beautiful and the atmosphere is amazing.
If you haven’t been in yet, drop your lunch or dinner plans and stop by.
Sundays are busy and the menudo go fast so be sure to get there early!
I come from La Barca, Jalisco where birria tatemada was born, so my expectations might be too high, but the birria was not bad, but definitely not the best. I ordered la birria tatemada and it’s too dry for my liking, but good flavor. I would come again if the service was better. Our server made a mistake on our order and instead of being apologetic and taking accountability for the honest mistake she visibly got upset and blamed us. On top of that she didn’t bring the tortillas until I had to ask for them, so the experience was not the best!

Birria very disappointed ???? meat is old, I don’t what kind of meat was this, maybe dog ???? meat very bad quality, I got sick ???? and i will sue this place, i went because someone recommended me but this is the worse food I ever tried,
This place get pack very fast, they seem to like their Birria goat soup place, but was not sold on it. Its missing a lot of flavor and a good hot sauce. The tacos were to dry.
Este lugar se llena rapido, las personals bienen a comor Birria de chivo, pero ami no megusto musto. De falta color y sabor y una salsa buena. Los tacos estan secos.
I would give it half a star if I could I ordered 2 tacos birria la plancha and 1 asada. The birria had no flavor the tacos were soggy and fell apart. The asada had no flavor even after adding salt,onions,cilantro and salsa just wasnt good. The pina was really weak the service was slow. Never again
My first time. I didn't like but in my second visit was so good, sometimes the birria is good but some days is not
