Best place for birria in the western suburbs no doubt great atmosphere and friendly staff they come and offer you a consomé refill and tortillas I highly recomen this place
It was my first time for Birria, and it was so flavorful and very delicious. I try beef Birria tacos and goat Birria soup. Best in my life. Squeeze some lime, add some homemade spicy sauce, add some cilantro, and chopped onions. Perfect for winter time.
My daughter was dying for some Birria tacos so we settled on this joint. Very decorative from the outside to the interior walls the place was filled with flavor. We ordered a bunch of Birrira tacos with the juice you dip it in. Absolutely fabulous. Full of flavor dripping from every bite. Absolutely highly recommend, stop by and give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
This is the place for Birrieria and Barbacoa. My husband and I went here for a quick bit, but it got us hooked. I ordered the large barbacoa plate and he ordered the large birrieria. Lete tell you the portion was enormous, and the flavors were amazing. They topped both palates with onion and cilantro, but I ordered extra since I love my cebollas and cilantro. We also got a large tortilla warmer filled with tortillas. It was a great paring to the plates. Halfway through our meal, the woman came out and refilled our consome back to the top. I thought I was an extra charge, but it was free. We then ordered a quesabirria to split it between us as we were getting filled with our food. When the quesabirria came out it was filled with tons of meat and cheese. The crispy tortilla shell dipped in the consome hit the spot. This is a great place with amazing food. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The whole place was decked out with goats and pictures of the staff and local celebs. We will be going back.
Love the food here. Very well prepared. This is a really clean and cozy spot. The owner always greets us when we come in and always with a smile on his face. Love it!

I ordered a large goat birria and two quesabirrias. The consome was really good the only thing I would do differently is ask for masiza next time, we got some pieces that to us were not edible like skin or stomach and a piece of bone. If you like those pieces than go for it if not make sure to ask for nothing but meat or masiza. Also the quesabirrias were delicious the kids really liked them but we didn't receive a consome to dip them in ,I don't know if you have to order it extra or they just forgot to put in the bag. I will be going back to try the beef birria next time. The staff was very friendly so that's a plus.
