This was my first time here,omg im from Jalisco, and this birria the best I ever taste here in Chicago, the owner is very friendly and the staff,país attention to the customer. From now on this is my muy go fav place for birria..
There’s nothing like being greeted with an “hola!” and a smile when entering a restaurant. Especially one I’ve never been to. After taking a bit too long to summon the limited Spanish I learned, the kind woman who greeted me asked if I wanted birria tacos. Which I then ordered three of, since this is a birrieria.
When I tell you these were exquisite, I mean it. Served plain with cilantro, onions, limes, and sauces on the side, you can apply toppings to your heart’s content. And I did.
When I got to my last taco, the man whom I assume is the owner approached me and asked if I wanted to try another stewed beef taco. When I tell you I had a flash of ecstasy, I mean it. Combined with the aforementioned toppings, I was greeted with a flavor harmony that had me looking down at my meal in disbelief.
Delicious food, lovely service, rich atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and the food was amazing, purchased the lamb plate and I was not disappointed. The ingredients were fresh and seasoned just right. I'd come back to this restaurant if I was in the area.
Stopped by again, got the quesabirria and it's as good as I remember. Totally worth the stop.
They greet you with a salsa made in the molcajete and a quesadilla with a fresh handmade tortilla for each guest. Ordered a pound of Birria and consomé. The consomé has it’s own unique taste packed with flavor. The Birria was so tenderly delicious. Looking forward to coming here again next time we’re in town.
