I really enjoyed lunch here waiting for my appointment and walked across the street and had an avocado BLT,coffee black and finished with a chocolate cookie! Delicious I enjoyed it and the atmosphere! Service was spot on and friendly! I’ll be back!
Delicious pastries and coffee. Cinnamon bun was my favorite. Most places make them too rich with way too much icing. This one was perfect with just enough glaze to compliment.
Delicious bread, tasty sandwiches and really nice staff. We stopped by here as I was dropping off my husband on the airport, but we had an hour to grab a quick lunch. The food was great, and the bread of course was excellent. The place had a cool and chill atmosphere, I think I'll come back more often in the future, especially if I'm just driving to Birmingham for an airport run!
Love this place for delish fresh bread and the occasional pastry treat! High quality local fare. Great place for a quick lunch or coffee too.
Very neat place with decent prices, sufficient seating, and a little wait. They were out of the salmon for the smoked salmon toast, unfortunately. All the pastries looked so delicious, and everyone at the office loved the sticky buns for our sweets social. Will return and update review another time.
UPDATE: smoked salmon toast was available this morning, and it was literally what I was craving today. It was DELICIOUS!! Two yummy slices of BB bread and cream cheese together ???? and the Nutella danish and cheese Danish with fruit were excellent. I'll be back!
I hadn't been here for over a year and I have to say I still like it. They have their own thing going and it ain't bad. Their danishes are really good! I also like looking at the local arts they have on display.
Best sourdough bread in Birmingham!!! They even cut it for you! Staff are always very friendly and accommodating too! Highly recommend! I do wish they served chai :( Their hours are also really inconvenient in that I'm never off work in time to swing by but it's OK their awesome bread and customer service makes up for it.
