Food was amazing. Chicken was crispy and not dry at all. I had the one with the Bacon Onion Jam on it and it was delicious. The tots are great! Not greasy and very flavorful. They use some sort of seasoning on them. Highly recommend. The Bird Call sauce is addictive. I also tried the slaw. Very good, different and flavorful. The beer is ice cold and the glass was clean. Beautiful view of the flat irons with floor to ceiling windows. You can't ask for a better spot.
This used to be one of my favorite spots in Boulder to go to, but in the last year, the quality of the food and the quality of the customer service has gone extremely downhill, ordered some chicken nuggets, (not knowing they were gluten and dairy free) so when I received them yesterday I told a younger girl who was working the front counter that they were hard, dry, and tasted like leather. Her response, they’re gluten and dairy free and don’t taste that great so next time just get the chicken strips instead??? I’ve also noticed that the cleanliness of the restaurant has gone downhill dramatically as well, which Just isn’t pleasant when you’re sitting in the restaurant trying to eat food. The soda machine area is always disgusting and the front door never looks like they’re wiped down, same thing with the tables when nobody is sitting there, they’re never really quick to wipe them off so every time I go and sit down, I have to pull a Clorox wipe out of my wife’s purse and clean my own table. Overall, the place has really gone downhill and yesterday was my last time visiting unfortunately.

It’s our go to for chicken sandwiches. Offering a multitude of delicious flavor profiles that will please even the pickiest of eaters! Awesome chicken sandwiches that aren’t riddled with intolerance like that ????”other”???? chik-en spot. The space is bright, with a ton of sunlight and gorgeous views of the Flatirons.
Food is quick and always yummy! You order at a kiosk, which allows you to customize your experience to your liking! I love the bay pickup and the monitor system. It shows how long is left until your order is complete.
The chicken is delicious! Juicy, tender, the breading isn’t overdone, and the sandwiches are not greasy! Highly recommend the tater tots!! Tots are seasoned to perfection!!! P.S. Birdcall also serves Meati as a vegan option! (Yay, another Colorado company!)

The sandwich is no longer available ???? IMO, I don’t know how the world will survive without it tbh! $15,000 was raised from sales of this sandwich!! Holy smokes! How awesome is that?!!
This place was really nice. I had excellent chicken fingers, and a spicy Brussels sprout slaw.
Most of the dipping sauces are sweet and savory. They also had a really nice blue cheese dressing that was super chunky and good. R
I think the ice tea was actually fresh brewed which is always nice.
I was also delighted by the arcade cabinets along the back wall. They are all set for free play, and the bird call machine had an awesome multi-cade setup. It had the stuff you would expect but also some delightful surprises, like super pac man, Dig Dug 2, and Mr. Do
Cody and Sarah (the employees working while we were in there) were super friendly and helpful.
Also, as a non-binary person I was charmed by the gender neutral bathroom sign with professional braille and a little egg person.
The tater tot’s are very good! The seasoning they put on them is almost addicting. The chicken is always good and I enjoy the service. Self checkout with a screen with your name and cubby holes to get your order with an estimated wait time. Seems futuristic and nice. The food usually comes out in less than 10 minutes from when I’ve ordered. I also loved the mango drink and it’s certified organic by the usda. The free arcade games to play on top of the good food is a nice combination. I enjoy coming here to this location and look forward to coming back!
You place your order on a screen and have no contact with any staff. As an introvert I truly appreciate that. You grab your food from little cubbies called “bays”. They have 4 arcade games that are free, one of which is Tetris. They are all two player! I got the vanilla shake which was yummy. My fries were too salty and the deluxe chicken sandwich I got was decent. Their sauces are delicious!
Maddie and R were SO helpful and I ask A LOT of questions my first time visiting a new restaurant. Haven’t gotten into the chicken yet, but the fries and tots are bangin’! The tots have a light Smokey BBQ seasoning on them. Yum!
The chicken here is some of the best chicken I’ve ever had you can tell how fresh it is. I highly recommend the southern chicken sandwich it’s my favorite and probably one of my favorite chicken sandwiches right now. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because the fries that I had were average/below average otherwise everything else was good.
