I had our Equinox towed to Birds Auto knowing that it needed a motor replacement. I talked to Jason on the phone a couple times, and he gave me his professional opinion on Jasper vs. GM motors. We decided Jasper was a better option due to GM not fixing their problems with that motor and Jasper making it a better engine. The motor was delivered ahead of schedule, and they got the car done and back to us a couple weeks before I thought we would see it. Professional, knowledgeable, experienced mechanics, and honest. These guys are a team I highly recommend!
Jason and his team at Bird’s is absolutely wonderful to work with. They are kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Repairs are done quickly and at a reasonable price. It’s not common you can find a trustworthy mechanic or auto shop. Birds is the place to go!
Honda Odyssey broke down in Rochester and needed an alternator. Had it towed to Bird’s. Grateful for excellent service and experience. Highly recommend Bird’s.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and take care of everything. The service is exceptional. The prices are very good as well. I live in Rochester and I needed my timing belt replaced and its a more lengthy (and costly) repair, and the price they quoted me was far better than anything I could have found here. They did a thorough inspection. Zero pressure for “extra repairs”. I honestly wish I would have known about them sooner. It’s hard to fine an auto shop that you can really trust, and I feel so fortunate now that I have one. Thank you Birds Auto!

Bird’s Auto is the best, hands down! I live in the cities but have family in the Pile Isle, and I choose Birds because Jason runs the most reliable, honest and hardworking shop I’ve ever used. They came highly recommended to me, and Birds has exceeded those expectations!!
