Horrible customer service lack of communication owners pick & choose who they wanna cut , very unprofessional and shop stays filthy. Never again ‼️
Yesterday, I went to this barbershop, it was not packed. I never even got a greeting. I waited for a haircut for an hour for nothing, the head barber referred me to barber in the corner. When he was done with his customer he waits for me to approach him and the he says, I am hungry lunch time. He did see since I been waiting over an hour. I am originally from NYC, I relocated to Syracuse. I left the barber shop because I saw other people coming in after me and skipping me. My Spanish co-worker told me to come here if I need a good haircut, just like NYC. I regret it. I felt it was worth waiting, when I saw the three barbers cutting the customers hair that came in before me. Then whenI get referred to one, he tells me on my first visit in a barbershop in Syracuse. I am hungry lunchtime, he could of give me the heads up 30 minutes ahead of time before he was finished with his customer. I realize that people in this barbershop don’t show courtesy. They don’t even greet you at the door. My experience was not as good others. It’s cool, I guess it’s worth it to drive three hours to NYC instead of getting a haircut in this barbershop. While I was waiting an hour and half for nothing, I could of been driving to NYC to my barber instead.
They was nice this time ????☺️ gave my boyfriend a hair cut now he looks like people's Hernandez if you seen shaft You know who I'm talking about ????❤️but I loved it
Totally professionals, I had 3 kids w/ me and the cuts we're only $10.00 A large tv w/ music playing. Only 3 barbershops around the Southside area my wife didn't know we're to go because if the covid 19. There siblings go every other week their . A clean nice environment.
I took my boyfriend too this place the guy kept lying saying for us to come back the next day i. Found another barbershop thank god the right around the corner
The Barbers are professional great family environment would recommend to anyone.
This is the only place in Syracuse where you should be getting your hair cut...
