Service was excellent, forgot a side, but they had a new young lady working. The hash browns were mushy and hardly cooked, my wife's hash browns were cooked much better. Chicken fried steak was absolutely delish and humongous. Over easy eggs were cooked perfectly, but covered in oil. Cash only, be prepared. We will try again and I'll make sure to ask for crispy hash browns, minus a tablespoon of oil ????.
The food was delicious! We were able to split a Reuben and had a cup of clam chowder with that. They were extremely busy. We really enjoyed the atmosphere.
Edit: I wanted to add that they only accept cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
The food here was so delicious and the staff were very kind and attentive! I got a breakfast burrito and my husband got a chicken fried steak. I’ve tried many chicken fried steaks and this was hands-down one of my all-time favorites! I will absolutely come back here again.
Top notch service and atmosphere! Food was awesome! Always had a full cup of coffee and all the patrons were like family welcoming me like I'd been away for many months of Sundays. Best place in the valley but if you go there, better not take your visa or master card. Bring the green cause they don't do plastic here! What a fresh sight to behold!

Wait staff is awesome. Super friendly. Sat at the counter, Chef Ron came up and chatted us up for a bit. Good strawberry freezer jam, great diner coffee. Home made Thousand Island dressing was ????
Service, service, service!! Let me say it loud and clear.... SERVICE!!! When the entire staff of a restaurant is present, connected, participating and involved it shows and we are paying attention! Matter of fact, we love the attention! The entire staff was funny, friendly and attentive to each and every customer.
The food is amazing cafe food served hot and fast! The portions are huge so come hungry or have room in the fridge for some great leftovers! The Chicken Fried Steak and CFS Burrito will definitely feed two folks each, as will a whole lot of other menu items! The servers need to be body builders to carry some of those loads!! Hubby had the Chicken Fried Steak and could only eat half! I had a few bites to help him out and it was delicious, just as important, the gravy was seasoned and had a real good texture. Our adult daughter had the breakfast burrito and had to take half of it home! I had a "normal" breakfast and it was all cooked to perfect order including the eggs and hashbrowns extra crispy!
Billy's is the #1 rated breakfast place in Burlington for a few reasons, the top two being the service and portions of delicious food! I highly recommend a visit and will definitely be back when in the area!
Today we had breakfast at Billy’s Cafe. It was a fantastic diner-style restaurant with great service. (Pretty sure the images that I snapped speak for themselves when it comes to the food.) Everything was hot, fresh, delicious and perfect. I highly recommend this place for a true American 5-star meal. Plus, the service was great. Thanks Billy’s, we’ll be back soon!
