Charged me a window tint fee on my inspection. My SUV has no tint on it, it looks like a fish bowl. Won’t be back, charging people for nonsense. Owner replied saying they have to legally charge for it if you have tint. I DO NOT HAVE TINT ON MY SUV. Now I know why they laid the Inspection paper in my car instead of handing it to me face to face so I couldn’t see the window tint fee. Shady place. No wonder the Parking lot was empty and nobody else was there. I’m not gonna go through the trouble of contacting the DMV over $10. Just warning others. Look at the other reviews. I ain’t the only one they’ve done this to.
In town for a family visit. Needed an oil change. Quick, friendly, in and out.
I have used this place several times now and I've always been happy with their work! Their prices are reasonable and Billy takes the time to explain what he's going to do and why. If it's something he doesn't agree with, he will tell you and explain why! 5 stars all the way! Thank y'all!

I take my Camry and K1500 pickup here for the usual oil changes and tire rotations. Their prices are fantastic and they have a small crew but they’ll do it right. I’ve noticed they’ll wipe down your windows and some smaller things too. They’ve topped off on washer fluid when I was low on it without charging or asking for it. It’s the small things, and they treat their customers well. They do everything in a timely manner and are very respectable. I’ll be coming each time I need the usual maintenance.
I only bring my vehicles here for state inspections (I do most vehicle maintenance on my own) so I can't attest to their work, but the staff is incredibly friendly and polite and that goes a long way these days. Always a pleasure to do business with them.
I went last week and had my oil changed and a engine flush. They were very quick. Super friendly and very professional. My car was cleaned and the prices were great!!! I live in Lenoir and i will gladly drive the 15-20 mintues to have them work on my car. Very trust worthy people. I will definitely go back there before anywhere else! They treat you like family. You won't be disappointed.
Hands down the best place to go. They were very friendly and professional. Being a woman I was extremely comfortable here right from the start. Had several things done. New wiper blades, oil change, and tires rotated at a great price. I'm happy to say i will be back in the future. I like the fact that they are a family owned business. Way to Go Billy's Auto Repair.
