Left me standing at the grocery store for over an hour with my groceries. Walked 2.5 miles home. Do not recommend. Destiny finally called,and hour and 40 mins later, to ask if I still needed a ride. Not that she was at my pick up location looking for me. To see if I still needed a ride!!!! And by that time I was at home!!! Useless people.
Brian the driver was great. He called in advance to check in pickup. He helped with luggage. Very kind and courteous. Safe driver especially un bad weather. Would highly recommend. Will definitely use again. ????
I called the night before to arrange a ride to the airport. Next day no one showed up. I called to find out what happened to my ride. A sleepy dispatcher told me I gave them a bad phone number(I did not give them a bad number)so the driver left to pick up other passengers. Do yourself a favor, call an Uber.
On my world travel I was passing through the small little tiny town... When I found myself too drunk to be able to find my car... Fortunate enough I had my phone still and I gave this company a call and he was able to help me out I give this company five stars for going out of his way thank you..
On November 17,2023, I received 2 rides from Brandon T. He was very assertive in recommending the Vegas motel. He was extremely polite and helped with all of my luggage, and over extended himself in many ways, and showed up early! I am glad I chose Billings Taxi Company.
