They actually fixed problems in my car that nobody else could, and they were cordial/ never rude even if I had a hard time explaining the issues I had at other mechanics. They did thorough inspections, explained what was wrong in detail, the options, and their reccomendations. They are very knowledgeable! Also, they were able to get parts overnight, which was awesome compared to other mechanics that take two weeks to get parts. I got a new oil pan and a internal fan for the cooling system on my old car in 3 days. I will always go back here!
These guys are great. I got a quote elsewhere for $850 it took about a week for them to get to my truck but they got me all fixed up for $235 and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I'd recommend them to anyone needing any type of repairs. Thanks for the great work and well more than affordable pricing.
First thing that matters with any Auto service is honesty and trustworthiness. Second is respectful customer service. Third is getting it done in a timely manner. These guys delivered all the above. More than once. I'd recommend them any time.
The owner lied to me about the work he needed to do AND the work he told me he did. He kept my car for weeks, saying he had to replace my bent frame and when another mechanic looked at it months later, he told me my frame was spot-welded and had never been replaced. I was overcharged and lied to
My 2010 jeep grand cherokee had a flashing check engine light come on and I had it towed to bill and sons. Number 6 cylinder was not firing and after checking the plug and finding it was not the problem, they called me to get permission to dig further to determine the problem. It was determined the problem was the rockers and was repaired for a good price. Rob then went on to explaine the issue and told me the engine was not factory and gave me tips to keep it running in the future.
This shop goes beyond what other shops have ever done for me and I will use only this shop in the future.
Great people honest people !! Other shop said 3200$ for motor job he did it for half that even cleaned everything. Went over and above .. Clean bathroom, nice waiting area and Secretary was a sweetheart gave me a ride home and picked me up. Fast and professional.. Great little honest American owened shop
Nice when a place treats you right and takes care of their customers. They not only fixed my issue but seemed to take the extra time to fix the small things that they noticed could have been easily fixed without even asking for it and no hidden charges couldn't be happier with a mechanics shop. Solid prices and Top shelf equipment.
I am bias because this business has been in my family for 60 years! With that said, I refer my friends and family all the time not only because of family but because Bill and his mechanics do solid, efficient work at fair price.
