I recently had my transmission service done at Bills Transmission on my 2020 Silverado. I was really worried about the rumble strip feeling I was getting from my truck. But he knew exactly what it was. They were very easy to work with -small hometown feel shop. They did a great job. My transmission shifts very smooth now, and no more “rumble strip”sensation. I was recommended to the shop, and I was very happy with the service and will be back for future maintenance services.
This guy bill is one of the last honest mechanic shops around… I would recommend him any day! He could have easily said I needed a whole transmission and charge me 5,000$ but he didn’t… He replaced the pressure switches and only charged me 900$ what a guy …
Bill is a really good man to know when you need him...and even better to know BEFORE you need him. My father REGULARLY asks me to help him drop off or pick up one of my mother's, sister's, brother's, nephew's or his company vehicles that he takes down for a transmission tune-up inspection and fluid change.
It's a habit that I admit I might not have adopted on my own, but I clearly understand the value because our vehicles last and MINOR issues are corrected early before they become EXPENSIVE.
Bill is knowledgeable and fair...a real resource when it comes to your car.

I had my transmission serviced on a 2007 F150 4 x 4. Never had any problems with the truck but I noticed a small shutter on the highway Occasionally .Took it in to bill on the advice of a previos customer for service to transmission, changed the filters put a new fluid runs like a top !!outstanding service.
Unfortunately, this guy does not know what he’s doing supposedly over 30 years experience. It was a simple job. and it never worked. It’s been back so many times and still can’t get it right my recommendation is to not take your vehicle to this guy. because we are going to keep going back to him and spending more money .
