They guys are incredible. They are so honest. I had them look at a repair as a second opinion. I even told them it would be a water pump and some other things (quoted $1100 by another shop). They determined I didn’t need the water pump or any of the other items. $200. I’ve had similar experiences with them since. You can trust these guys.

Joey is such an great guy! He was very patient with me! He explained in detail what would be necessary in order to potentially repair the vehicle. It was a service they were not able to perform themselves, but he gave me recommendations of a couple of other local shops. I truly appreciated such attention to detail, his customer service with his honesty is outstanding!!! He did not want to charge me anything for his time looking at the car. Knowing the situation I was in after having purchased a car and 6 days later it breaking down, I truly value & appreciate his generosity!!! When I may need servicing on a vehicle in the future..... I know for sure that I'll use Bill and Jay's!!!! Also they were recommended to me by a friend, who is in the car business & has been a customer of theirs for many years so this is a DOUBLE RECOMMENDATION!!!

Great Service. Only time I've ever gone into a mechanic, been quoted a price, and then charged LESS than the quote when I showed up to pick up my car because, "It didn't take as long as I thought it would." A+

They promised me they would fix my tire pressure sensors on the house sense they went out while there. They told me to bring it in the next morning and they would do it for free, then I got there and the owner said nope. Don’t tell someone you will do something and then waste their time and change your mind

Bill & Jay's are honest, trustworthy, and always friendly. All the workers I've dealt with are great, and Jay is always smiling and friendly. Their prices are always fair and reasonable, and they never do more than you ask just to make money. I heartily recommend them for any work on your car!!

First time customer here and I've got to say I'm blown away with the service I received today!

I work in Petaluma and literally drive by the shop daily, so I thought it was ironic that I ended up there when my truck wouldn't start today.

My first thought was to have AAA tow it back to Novato where I live and take it to a mechanic there, but my boss told me to call Bill and Jay's as it's the only place he takes his cars to.

When I called, Jarrett was really friendly and mentioned that they were closing soon, but that he was willing to take the time to check it out before they closed for the weekend.

Faster than I ever imagined, Frank from the shop called and told me the truck was repaired and ready to go.

Not only did they find the minor problem that my truck had, they also fixed it for a very fair rate.

Looks like I just found my new mechanic!

Coming here was a breath of fresh air! Ive been to plenty of auto repair shops over the years and had plenty of bad experiences from oil changes to major repair. So when my car started acting funny a friend suggested I go see Kevin and Joey @ Bill and Jays I prepared myself for the typical run around being a not mechanically inclined. MAN WAS I WRONG! Kevin was quick to get my car in and diagnosed the problems I was having in minutes. He showed me where things were going wrong and explained everything to me! He showed me what needed to be addressed now and came up with a game plan of what what was most important and then down the line. Needless to say my car is now running like a champ and I couldnt be happier! Ive recommended Bill and Jays to friends and they too have been impressed with theyre professionalism, dedication to their customers and so on! This is the only place I will take my vehicles to!
