AVOID THIS PLACE! I went there yesterday because the packet pick up for the NYC bike tour was in the area and my bike had a flat. So I went in and the place was a complete mess. They didn't even have a bicycle repair stand and had no clue what they were doing. The owner who barely spoke English asks me what I needed and then tells me $20 to change the flat. Then got one of his idiot assistants to help and then they negligently put my bike on the kickstand (but it had a flat so it required someone to hold it up). Next thing you know, BOOM. My bicycle hits the floor. Not even an apology. The owner then proceeds to yell and says "IT'S NOTHING".....do yourselves a favor and just go to Bicycle Habitat 0.7 miles away....they are more expensive, but at least they're reliable unlike this awful place.
On Holiday with my wife and family from Scotland. My wife is a wheelchair user, in a lot of pain, and we got a flat tyre which was a disaster.
Clearly a very busy and popular repair place. Despite being clearly busy the guys working there were immediately friendly and helpful and got us going again!

Worst experience ever I had a flat wheel and I asked the guy for the price to fix the wheel. He told me $25. “Fixes” the bike in which he had no idea how to remove the wheel. I HAD TO HELP HIM. After the repair was done he backs out from the original price which was $25 and starts charging me $46 and tells me that it’s tax etc. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! DON’T GO HERE AT ALL. I came here because of the reviews but all I could say is that the reviews are not accurate at all. I’ll be fighting to get a refund for the terrible service.
Fantastic bike shop for bike repairs. After not getting my bike tuned up for 10 years, they made my bike ride like it was brand new! And they did it quickly and inexpensively. I highly recommend this bike shop.
The mechanic had a hard time understanding what I was asking for. I asked for a 20” x 1.75 inner tube. They didn’t have it. Other than that, they were polite.
The guy literally didn’t know what he was doing… went in for a flat tire. Didn’t know how to take the tire off, didn’t have a bike stand to fit the bike on. If I could give a zero I honestly would.
Very kind and quick, these guys know what they’re doing and at a great price!
