Well, there is a first for everything. Ordered a HOT Teddy Bear and a Choc Chip Cookie Freeze. Made my hot drink then took off, outside to deliver 2 cold drinks to her "momma", then cane back in and took less than a minute to make my frozen drink. Walked back to the ER, and guess what was no longer hot? Yep. My coffee. $12.28 later and I have a less than enjoyable drink.
I can be a spokesperson for biggby because I always tell everyone about their breakfast bagel sandwich. It is by far better than any fast food place aka tim Horton McDonald's and Burger King and Wendy's etc. I moved here to Ohio from Michigan just 3 weeks ago and I've visited this location 3x already because of my cravings for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. You can have breakfast sandwich anytime of day, the girls there are so so wonderful happy awesome and fun and really made my day. We were laughing and joking about random silly things. Thank you Biggby, God bless you all workers I appreciate you and will always come back!!!
They must have been having a bad day that being said for goods I leave good reviews. So thus is about waiting 15min at the window for 1 drink I don't know what could possibly slow them down that much. And by the way that does not count the time waiting to get to the window. At least the drink was made perfectly

I’ve been coming to this location every day for the last week. The staff has been great. My mother in law is in the hospital so it was the perfect location for us & we love your sandwiches . Today Sunday 21st 9:00 am. I waited in line for 10 mins when I get to the counter I was ready to order 4 sandwich for my family & cofee . The girl at the counter said she couldn’t make me any breakfast sandwichs because she has no gloves. That was very disappointing with coffee & sandwiches i would of spent 40$.
Not sure if she didn’t want to make the sandwich’s or she didn’t have gloves.
However it was very disappointing..
At one point, my review was a 3, now its a 1. In just two days no less. Went there the day before yesterday. Yall had no redbull or bragel ingredients. Came back today, yall have that but not 24 oz cups or whipped creme. Who does your ordering? Dont yall make a list of whats gettin low and place the order after youve gotten past a certain point? Inventory? Something? Yall gettin wild. Sitting there for 45 mins over a coffee i dont want customized but i have to anyway because yall dont have the stuff? Do better, smh. This used to be a great place to grab coffee and food but im not spending the entirety of my lunch break for something i cant even make my own.
Do not go here if you need fast service takes them 20 minutes to pour liquids into one cup. They are the slowest coffee place in Lima they want people to pull off so they don’t have to do as much then after your 20 minute wait for one drink they want to ask for a tip ????????
Really tired of trying to order online and them cancelling the order because they don’t want to make the item. Bragels for example, they shut down the toaster like an hour and a half before they close. St Mary’s doesn’t do this, Cable rd doesn’t do this so do better.
Biggby coffee is amazing. However this location is always slow no matter what time it is. Idk if it's a staffing issue or the staff itself
