Bigfoot Java what is wrong with your drinks and baristas? Every other coffee stand I go to in Washington makes me a good drink. I order the largest iced coffee with 6 shots of white coffee and then ask for baristas choice on flavors (just has to be sugar free) and every time no matter the barista at your stand my drink I get taste like milk. Every other stand I get a good different variety of drinks. I’ve tried this here now multiple times and no barista here knows how to make a fun delicious drink?.?.? Extremely disappointing and sometimes I don’t even want to drink the drink I just paid $12 for because they all taste like bland boring milk.
Asked for an ice water and they refused to give me one, only offering a really overpriced bottled water. I said no and she charged me for it anyway. Also ordered a super berry and they gave me something completely different. On top of that, I had to yell to get their attention just to get a straw because they weren't paying attention. Absolutely terrible service, definitely going somewhere else next time. They also didn't give me a chance to use my card to get points.
I don’t know if it’s just this location since I’ve never tried this chain before but both the iced and hot coffee tastes horrible here. I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha with cherry syrup and the coffee tasted very bitter for an iced white chocolate mocha. The hot mythical mocha tasted extremely burnt and horrible. There was barely any flavor to it. Service was alright as the baristas was friendly and helpful. Would not be buying any more coffee at least at this specific location. All the other small local coffee shops has great coffee.
Open 24 hours perfect for late night coffee. Servers are absolutely amazing and very friendly.
The drinks are always amazing, but I’ve noticed that some of the workers at this location are not so friendly. Also, the last 3 days I’ve gone, I’ve ordered drinks for my husband and I and didn’t receive drink points for them. As a loyalty member you should get loyalty points with each drink. That’s 6 drinks I’ve got just in the last 3 days alone that I didn’t get loyalty points for. I’ve emailed them because this has been an on going issue and I’ve received no response. Love the coffee but irritated with the situation!
This is a very slow location. There were 3 cars before me and it took 10 minutes or more. I've been to a full up Mercury's coffee many times and it didn't take that long. Hopefully this isn't normal. Coffee was good though.
Went last night with my brother for a late night drink. All I got was my usual a white chocolate hot cocoa and it was horrible. They are my favorite drink from Bigfoot and the one I got taste burnt and like peanut butter. Usually the nutty flavor comes out when you do white coffee but I did not do that just a simple white chocolate hot chocolate paid $5.56 for a 20oz hot chocolate that I didn’t even drink. As well as when we were there the 2 girls working had a very bad attitude didn’t say anything to me just stared at me, pulling in she just stuck her head out the window didn’t say anything. Paying she would just put the card thing in my face and walk away then come back.
All I can say is bring back the other Everett Bigfoot it was WAY better than this one is.
My only complaint is that there’s never any club soda for my Italian sodas :(
Chloe and Jessica are outstanding. I always look forward to ending my Tuesday evening routine with them. They are always very welcoming and provide a very fun, timely, and enjoyable visit; which I can imagine is hard to do through a drive through window. Though I come at the worst time for availability with products, they always have great suggestions and seldom do I drive away unsatisfied. I hate making decisions, so when I ask these ladies to surprise me with the flavors on my Italian sodas, they do not disappoint. They can even give you a drink that tastes like a candle(if that’s your thing, I was surprised at the creativity). Overall, incredibly impressed with these two lovely ladies and how the stand operates under their watch
100/10 would recommend(not a typo)
