The selection of meats/seafood, veggies, sauces, were plentiful. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Service was good. It was definitely one of the better Mongolian bbq places I have been to. Give them a try!
Excellent food. The place was hygienic and the meat and veggies tasted great as did the shrimp. They have lots of drinks and the prices are perfect. It’s all you can eat and they provide free rice. One note: this may be obvious, but, if tou are vegetarian or sensitive to any ingredient, do not come here as everything is mixed on the same grill.
This is a decent all-you-can-eat Mongolian BBQ, it’s not cheap but less expensive than what you might pay at other buffet restaurants. The selection of food was fine, especially if you like meat, but I would have liked to see more vegetable options such as bok choy or napa, but was happy to see plenty of tofu. Depending on when you visit, you may wait in line to get your food, but they had plenty of staff cooking the food so the line moved quickly. The service was a bit confusing, couldn’t figure out who was supposed to seat us so we waited longer than needed, and then when seated, staff did not really explain the process, also I needed to flag down someone to get rice or sesame buns. Was a little disappointed that no dessert was included, other buffets have something like fruit or cookies, only fortune cookies here. In the end, the food was just okay, but of course you decide what you want in it, so you decide how it tastes. Still, I felt that even when I changed sauce recipes, the food ended up slightly bland. The only reason I keep this rating higher was the staff cooking the food, they were very efficient, cooked well, and most smiled whenever they served us.
Great selection of meats. Fresh veggies and very clean. Great bbq at a reasonable price. Even had a senior price. We will be back. Bread was warm and tasty.
Out in a shopping center across from 24 Hour Fitness and nearby Home Depot, you'll find Big Wok. The restaurant is fairly large with a modern interior. There's a sign near the entrance basically stating that you may not take leftovers home. So keep that in mind while loading up your bowls. I topped off two bowls and barely got it all down.
As with most Mongolian BBQ restaurants, you go through a line to get your bowls, meats, vegetables and sauces. Then you line up around the large round hot grill, to have your bowls of food cooked and dropped into a large plate. Gloves at the front of the line were a nice touch .After you get your plate of cooked food, you return to your table. Depending on how you filled your bowl, portions can be huge. A better strategy might be to fill the bowls less and make another round, if you're still hungry.
The food trays were full and everything was fresh. The frozen meats were very inviting. I filled my bowl with lots of beef and lamb. As the cook spread my meats and vegetables around the grill, I could smell the savory sauces and garlic. It was so flavorful and delicious. I can't believe I ate it all.
I feel that Big Wok is one of the best Mongolian BBQ restaurants that I've had the opportunity to visit.
Wow! I love watching my food being prepared by qualified chefs. And food I was able to literally pick out myself! Good quality, delicious food, nice atmosphere, hard working, friendly staff, and quick too! A bit pricey, but these days what isnt right? And get what you pay for. More than happy with this place and have already recommended to friends and family. A+ rating.

Went here for dinner and we got lucky because it's not that crowded yet and got to have our dinner without the long lines. They have a good selection of meat and it doesn't seem like they limit you on how much you can take unlike other Mongolian bbq restaurants (it's all you can eat after all). They have chicken, pork, beef, lamb, shrimp and imitation crab for proteins and a few veggies and noodles. They definitely cater to American tastes with their selections of veggies (not necessarily a bad thing). They have lots of sauce selections and even has sauce recommendations (which I didn't follow but did not regret it). Good for them to provide a guide for first time diners though. Once the food was cooked, it was delicious and very tasty. And the waiters are attentive to your drinks getting filled up.
