Best WLM Reviews
I visit this place every time Im in town for The Masters. Was told to visit Rhinehart's Oyster Bar, but I personally think Big T’s is much BETTER! And prices are great! Much try the deep fried corn and Kat fish!
Great fish and shrimp platters! Also had the Big T's platter which also includes scallops and it was delicious. They've added All You Can Wat Crab Legs and Low Country Boils this week! Call for details!
I had the catfish and grits was phenomenal. Wife and son had the boil with crab legs & extra shrimp. As u can see they destroyed it lol that catfish was money think ill back today by myself ????
I ordered a fish plate, the fish was seasoned and breaded really good. The fried green tomatoes were soggy, mostly breading and the sauce was awful. I paid $10 for the seafood gumbo which you can see below, it had not one piece of seafood in it and exactly one slice of sausage. I didn’t look appetizing and it was not that great obviously. This was my first visit , I think I would go back for the fish , also the tartar sauce tasted like cocktail sauce which I could not understand
This is the Spot. I went here last Saturday (my first time) and was surprised at how great the food was. I had the Shrimp, catfish, fries, and fried green tomatoes. The Hubs had the Seafood platter with fries and he got some gumbo. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The shrimp was my favorite. It's a little hole in the wall, but overall not bad. Go check them out!
Love the food and the service! Never a let down when I eat here! Now they have all you can eat crablegs on Wednesday and Thursdays from 6:00pm-8:00pm!!
I would like to say that I don’t usually write reviews but I wrote one on yelp and now google. The food is way overpriced and it is salty. The waitresses are not helpful. I just had an overall negative experience. Please save your money. The food is not good at all. For $80 I could have went to a fine dining restaurant. Kraft American cheese in grits? Really? Oh did I mention they charge $2.60 for that. Never again! I had scallops overcooked/ chewy. Fried shrimp salty. My sister left a whole piece of fish it was so bad. I told the waitress this food was awful she looked at me and said nothing. I cannot reiterate not to spend your money here. Yuck
Great service and food. David is very mannerable and consistent. We received our food in a timely manner and he consistently checked on us for refills and any other needs. Our to-go orders were cooked and ready as we were finishing up dinner. The catfish and shrimp dinner was delicious. I had never had deep fried corn on the cob, but OMG! You have to try it. I ordered a low country boil to go for the next day's lunch...let's just say it did not disappoint! Immaculately seasoned and not too much salt, unlike other's that I have had in the Augusta area. I will definitely be returning SOON--My new go-to for freshly cooked seafood!!!!
