What a great coffee and bakery shop. I stopped here looking for a dessert after having lunch at the showboat restaurant next door. The owner explained all their pastries and which ones were the most popular. They also have a vast, competitive priced menu of expressos, lattes, non coffees and everything in between. I enjoyed a chocolate chip covered scone and a 20 ounce mocha latte.
Very open and relaxed vibe. Flattop tables, couches, chairs and mellow music. Local crafts and artwork for sale. Excellent customer service. I overheard that they have only been open since May 2023. I wish them continued success and would highly recommend.
What a great coffee shop. Their drinks are amazing and inexpensive, and the pastries are so flavorful and made fresh, I like that they hold events for local talent along with hosting a local artist's work as decoration, which changes periodically to showcase someone new. It's also a great place to just sit and relax or play a game with really comfy seating. Pet friendly too!!! I absolutely love this place.
Love this place. It’s so cute and displays beautiful and unique local art for sale. The owners are very, very kind and friendly. They have the best pastries, I especially love their pink cupcakes. It’s also kid friendly, with children’s books and toys which is quite unique for a coffee shop.
Highly recommend Big Rock Coffee to everyone. The owners are knowledgeable and super friendly. The coffee is fantastic, great flavor options and so many customizable drink choices. The sweet and savory baked goods are delicious and the perfect coffee companion. Local artwork and apparel make for a perfect place to shop for a unique gift. A fantastic addition to Chesaning!
Excellent service with a smile, delicious & smooth fresh roasted coffee & espresso, very tasty pastries. Ask about their roaster - it makes very smooth never bitter coffee! Mmmmmmm
Nick and Amanda are awesome. They love to chat with all the customers and are genuinely interested in what they have to say. I love the fact that they remember my favorite drink and pull up a cup to hand to me when I get up to the counter. They are adding things all the time and I look forward to attending one of the many events they are offering. Stop in and say hi and hangout a bit if you are around. Did I mention the baker is awesome!

Very welcoming and cozy. Great food and drinks. Plenty of outlets to charge phones/laptops. I love the local vendors having items for sale here as well as a kids’ corner to entertain my little ones. The seating is all super comfy too. I love this place and highly recommend.
