Kennon is THE BEST IN THIS TOWN!! I am sooooo thankful for him!!! He knows all the things! Seriously call him for ALL YOUR NEEDS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My AC is ice cold ❄️! And he is extremely fast!! I was shocked! And his prices are amazing… seriously I can’t say enough!!!

He was awesome and very fair. Did not try and take advantage and had my car ready the same day. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a mechanic.

If you need a top notch Ford mechanic go see Kennon. He fixed my 2010 f150 that the dealership couldn't fix. He runs a good business and will fix your vehicle correctly and stand behind his work. Ive had my share of crappy mechanics and people that run a business from their back yard and it'll never happen again. kennon is more than fair on prices and knows how to turn wrenches so I highly recommend his shop.

Mr. Kennon was recommended from a friend. Having my car for more than 10 years and at an entry level job, I needed a professional that was good, yet reasonable. A dealership was out of the question. Mr. Kennon had me bring the vehicle for him to look at. He quickly diagnosed the problem (my a/c was not working and Dothan's highs were around 95 degrees at the time). His pricing for labor and parts beat out 3 other shops by $30-85. The turnaround time was outstanding. I intended to rent a car, but he was able to get it back to me in 1.5 days. I will definitely use BIG RED AUTO again.

I went to Big Red in order to get my front brakes replace. Without even looking at my car he quoted me for $200.00. I don't know if this is because he really didn't want to do the job or he thought he could get over on me because I am a woman. Any case, I told him that was too high, he started stating all this technical problems crap he could find when changing my brakes. I left and took it to another place that charged me $65.00. If I could give it a half star I would. Wish I could rate his service but with those prices I will not be going back.

Did a great job. And was up front about everything. Price was great too!! I send my family up there and Kennon takes care of anything we need.
