SCAM SCAM SACM shop

- Dishonest people all around.

-They leave STEERING AND SUSPENSION COMPONENTS nuts missing

- They had the audacity to say it’s MY FAULT I didn’t check it! It’s not my fault because I didn’t do it and I brought it to them and overpaid for cheap shorty work. I had suspension components installed that I was overcharged for, brand new parts just hanging there. Car felt like it was a boat!

-Did not offer any solution or reassurance, Goodyear next door offered a free alignment because they felt bad for me ever bringing it to that scam shop in the first place! .

- If you value your car, your life, and your loved ones lives that ride with you, don’t go here.

To the owner, Your mechanics told me you were gone and refused my request to call you. Your mechanics told me that has nothing to do with messing up struts, or tire wear. Every single other shop in town disagreed with your mechanic and they said that if left off for extended time, it would 100% cause other suspension components to fail prematurely and premature tire failure/wear. Your mechanic I think Greg skinny young guy said we can argue all day about it but he doesn’t care what literally every other shop in town thinks, and every single page when searched on google says. He says has nothing to do with ride or others suspension parts that you replaced at the same time which are now bad, while the part your mechanics left disconnected is brand new still!

In response to your second reply, since you deleted your first reply you little coward, I showed you morons the reciept. And it’s a sway bar, your not going to notice it unless your a mechanic or experienced driver. Don’t be mad at me, just do your job better and don’t leave stuff disconnected. How in the world is it the customers responsibility to check your work. And I didn’t even want a free set of tires you liar, all I wanted was HALF for two tires in the front since the rear were fine and worn half way, that tells me the front worn out half prematurely showing wire cords. or a free install is the least your could’ve done. But no, go ahead keep scamming other customers.

Also had to get the struts changed out because you put the worlds cheapest struts in and I was told by the good shop that helped fix your mistakes that an extended time with missing sway bars will ruin your struts prematurely as well. Considering the car had only been driven 20k miles and it had ruined the tires and struts I’d say they’re right but hey maybe struts and tires from your place are only good for 20k miles.

Again, explain to me how it’s my fault for not noticing your mistakes. That’s just laughable. God bless your souls and may he have mercy.

Have never had an issue with service or maintenance with this shop. Actually, they have gone above and beyond to work with me and help me with my vehicle needs. Even worked with my insurance company. I have been going to them for over a year now with several different vehicles, all issues that never became an issue again. Fair and honest pricing too. I believe they should be paid for the work they put in and I still can't believe how great they are!!

I came in with for estimate on tires and got reasonable price. Next day i got flat, Tim the owner ordered tires installed donut so i could get to work and then on Monday put the 4 new tires on my car, gave me time to pay due to fact i get paid biweekly he worked with me. I totally love this place and recommend them.

If you are looking for an honest Owner/Mechanic who will do a good job and stand behind their work this is the place. I have been going to Big Orange since 2011 and have never been disappointed. As a business owner myself who is honest I really appreciate Moe and Tim's honesty and reasonable pricing.

Came in without an appointment for a nail in the tire. Staff was friendly and checked my tire within 20 minutes even though they had other cars on the racks. Thankfully, no flat and a surprisingly small bill for the service! highly recommend!
