So I saw a review talking about inconsistent jewelry pricing, and shrugged it off as another idiot who wasn't paying attention. However I went in once- purchased a nose stud from one person and said I'd come back with more money to get a matching one on the other side. Half an hour later, I was quoted a completely different price for the exact same stud. It seemed as though the receptionist/girl paid to sit on her phone did give a wink wink to the piercer since I mentioned I was changing jewelry for my wedding. We were happy to pay for good jewelry for a special occasion, we weren't happy with the price gouging in the span of 30 minutes. Too bad they're untrustworthy, seemed like nice people. Also- they will tell you their jewelry is white gold. White gold does not tarnish. Nice try :)
My brother and I were in Lincoln on a wim decided to get matching tattoos. Andrew was our artist and he did fantastic. It was my brother's first tattoo and he put our minds at ease and we love the final product. This is where I will I get all my future tattoos.
Walked in for a consult, and was asked to make an appointment. The gal who took initial information and answered my questions was kind, relatable, and thorough. A month later when I came back to the appointment with the artist, he just asked for the reference pictures, told me to think about it for a few months, and brushed me off. The thing I wanted to do would require some planning, and he refused to mock up a stenciled or anything ahead of time. I waited a month for a consult only to be told to act like it's a walk-in, but later. I even offered a deposit. I have never had to work so hard to be sold something. I guess I have to look elsewhere. Such a shame.
Just had a walk in tattoo done by Derek. One of the best tattoo experiences I’ve had! Fast, friendly, honest, and very welcoming. I’ll be going back for all future tattoos FOR SURE!
Travis did an amazing job on my tattoo and the staff was friendly and got me in super easily, they also adjusted to having to cancel one of our appointments with no issues. We drive almost 2 hours and it was definitely worth it!
My boyfriend wanted to get a tattoo done on Sunday March 10. He initially wanted to get it done at another shop but they didn’t have any walk-ins so I contacted Big O and they got him in, he sat with Derek and he was done very fast. We will both be going to Derek in the future for tattoos
I really had a great experience there. I love my tattoo going back very soon to get more. I truly recommend anybody that you go to will give you great service in there at a very high level. Just wanted to say thank you once again.
they keep deleting this review.. they pierced my belly button a few years ago and used such a small bar that when it swelled, the piercing hole swallowed the jewelry.. every week following, less and less skin on the bar to the point where if i left it in another day it would have LITERALLY ripped my skin in half and fell out. now i have a permanent scar that looks awful and no jewelry in it.. im going to Iron Brush now after 3 years of healing to let them re-pierce it for me THE RIGHT WAY. don’t go here.. they don’t know what they’re doing.
