Scheduled our 35ft diesel motor home and serviced the engine and generator. Also visually inspected the breaks and suspension. Fair prices, very kind and did the work within the time frame they gave us. Glad we found Big Johns!
We took our 2014 GMC TO Big John's to fix a problem with the DEF system. Our truck had set
undriven for a long time, causing the DEF fluid to go bad.
To our delight, Big John's fixed it quickly , reasonably and we couldn't have been happier with their great service!! We recommend them heartily!!

I called and made an appointment to have brakes done I went at time appointment set they were just finishing up a job I came back in an hour Was taken right in The job was done in due time and the cost was easy on my wallet!
They were amazing!! Fixed the air brakes on my 1998 Allegro Bus. They ended up having to replace two valves instead of 1. The parts were 165 dollars and the total cost was under $400. I was almost in tears! These guys do awesome work and won't over charge! I will definitely come back and recommend this shop for anyone who needs honest work done on your vehicle!! Unprofessional, don't take your vehicle to them if you want any work a place that is open but doesn't want to take any go figure, forget asking questions don't waste your breath on these ignorant buffoons
I own an 1994 F-700 altec bucket truck w a 63' boom lift & needed a new clutch, Tim and the guys handled it in grand fashion had excellent communication and great service
I was about to give up on trying to recover my friend's baby pet boa that had gotten out in my truck and was somewhere deep in the dash. Based on where I thought it was, it would have probably been over 1k in labor just to look for it. Tim came out and helped me find it with his borescope and didn't even charge me. Such a relief after 2 days of tearing apart my interior searching for it. Big John's garage really changed the tone of this week for me and my friend with their service
Their parking lot looks a little intense, but do not be deterred. These are high quality mechanics who have always been kind and honest in my interactions with them. I highly recommend! They're who I trust for any and all engine and electrical auto repairs.
They will take their time on the repair, but I consider that a plus, not a minus.
