Blown camshaft bearings, no oil pressure needs new motor Called yesterday they lied told my my warranty was expired but could put me in a 7 seater pathfinder. LMFAO found original paperwork from sale warranty is still active but was fraudulently changed and digitally submitted after sale. Filed police report, BBB ,and corp commission. Spent 8k on the entire suspension and brakes just to have engine opened up and find it's bad. Time to lawyer up.
I bought a used car from a guy who agreed to have the brake pads and rotors replaced before purchase. On the day of the sale, he tells me he took it to THIS mechanic who told him the brakes didn't need to be changed. Well, a week later the caliper jammed up. The seller agreed to pay 90% of the cost to replace it as long as I took it to THIS mechanic. Took the car to this mechanic, didn't know the caliper was jammed, asked them to check all the brakes and they told me it was only an issue with the one caliper. OK, I got it replaced. Less than a week later I'm still having issues with the brakes. Took the car to my own mechanic. The jammed caliper had messed up the pads and rotors so they needed to be replaced. Now I'm coming out of pocket for this. I think this place schemed with the car seller and did a poor job of inspecting the my brakes. Furthermore, the seller agreed to getting the car detailed. He claims that this auto shop detailed it, but a lot of the minor scratches are still very much visible. Whatever work this place claimed to have done on my car was of low quality.
This place is top notch. Warranty was expired and they still took care of my car no charge...Highly recommended.
I blew a tire. They had an ad on Facebook marketplace with my tire size listed. I reached out and they responded within ten mins. Brought my rims in, and they got me out in 20 mins. Thanks!!!
