Unfortunately, I had a car situation that led me there by recommendation of a friend. I mean, it will be hard to find honesty like this place. Man has a good knowledge base, as he has been in business for decades, but not arrogant! ???? Like I said, especially considering the auto issue, we feel we had one of the best, if not the best, customer service experience. If in the area, give them an opportunity.
I took my car to Firestone originally to get my car fixed because of an oil leak... over $1k later my car was actually worse. I decided to take my car to Big H Care Auto Repair and so far it's been fixed and driving great! I would say that the price was lower than I had paid other places which is great. The best thing to me was the customer service! I don't usually write any reviews but the service I received was polite, helpful, and kind. Best personal service from any business around here.
