Way overpriced, received a quote that was above dealership pricing. Definitely not worth your time. Told him I’d go elsewhere and was charged $85 diagnostic fee to scan an engine code

Came in for a second opinion after failing an inspection at a chain mechanic that wanted to charge nearly $2000 to fix all the things they found "wrong" in order to pass inspection. Here he only found one of those things but said it wasn't bad enough to fail the inspection. My car passed inspection and he quoted me a very fair price to fix the issue when I have time. You have definitely gained my trust and future business!

An honest mechanic is hard to come by & Scott is honest. We'd had 2 other places tell us we needed a repair over $1000, took it to Scott & it was a loose screw. He charged us less than $100. He's been our go to guy ever since. He is honest, fairly priced & does a good job! You won't be disappointed!

Hard to get an appointment or even contact them. Has not been very polite on the phone, so I can't get my car in. Comes highly recommended, but I've had bad experiences everyime I call.

I have been taking my vehicles to Scott Lewis at Big Guys for years. He is honest and straightforward and has always done a great job for me. He has always called me before starting any major repair and let me know what the cost would be. Every time (for me at least) the actual cost came in a little lower than his estimate. He has always gotten my vehicle repair done quickly. I will keep taking my vehicles to Big Guys!

Relocated from out of state and needed to get our odometers checked to get our Missouri plates. We called in the morning hoping to get both cars done without an appointment. To our delight we were able to get squeezed in even with a garage full of cars being worked on.

I greatly appreciated what was done for us.

We have been taking our cars to Big Guys for many years, I feel they are honest with their service. I've never felt like they just made up something that is wrong with the cars just to make more money. They fix it, in a good time frame. Seems reasonably priced. No reason to go anywhere else.
