My 1st time trying their pizza was the meatlovers. With all the toppings and grease the pizza was VERY wet and unappealing. Taste wasn't bad but the sauce had turned watery with the grease.
I gave them another go yesterday and they redeemed themselves. Chose the Home Alone special and it was great. Sausage pizza had great flavor and sauce, the salad was fresh and enjoyable, and the wings were crispy underneath the sweet BBQ sauce. Will order again.
Staff was always friendly and ready to help, location is busy showing they know how to bring customers back.
This is hands down the best pizza place I've ever been to! I highly recommend asking for Sam as your server; he was absolutely amazing. Sam went above and beyond, offering fantastic recommendations and ensuring our cups were always full. He was incredibly attentive, making sure our food arrived promptly. The restaurant itself is always very clean, including the bathrooms. As for the food, it was exceptional. The pizza was out of this world, and I would recommend it to anyone. The wings were also delicious. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you, Sam, for providing such an incredible experience!
i ate here probably 5 years ago, this is the greatest pizza place of all time. every time i want GOOD pizza i come here, i haven’t had anything that beats this place. whenever i am blessed to eat here, i eat like it’s my last day alive. thank you to everyone at Big E i love you all.
I have to say, I’m extremely disappointed with Big E’s Pizza these days. We’ve been loyal customers for 6 years and noticed the quality and customer service diminish. We ordered a pizza 2 weeks ago and the taste of the cheese was awful, almost as if the recipe was altered. Today I placed another order and they forgot a portion of my order so the driver had to come back to deliver it to me. When my kids opened their pizza a few minutes later they discovered that the order was wrong so I called the restaurant back (again) and let them know the issue. I spoke with Maribel and she said she would fix the issue but “I will have to wait another 45 min.” I then asked for a credit for the double inconvenience and she said “you’re getting another pizza right? That’s the credit.” This response is absurd. I also offered the wrong pizza back to the driver and he refused it.
After increased prices and subpar customer service, we’ll be searching for a new place. We pay this place way too much money for this type of service. What a shame.
First time going to this place. The servers were nice and attentive. Food comes out fast. The pizza was very delicious, it was cheesy, soft and had a nice crust. The lasagna was tasty. The spaghetti with meat balls was ok, but meatballs were very bland. The chicken Caesar salad was good. I would come back for the pizza and chicken wings.
I wish we had the same experience that everyone else did. My family and I ordered the meat lovers pizza with wings. The pizza had no flavor and the Peproni and Ham was barley even cooked. The wings were extremely dry with an overload of sauce. Not sure what the hype is but we definitely waisted our money coming here and will not be coming back.
1st time ordering from the establishment. I ordered the Jimmy's Choice as seen on the menu area images. Very good dough, toppings on my pizza were good. The BBQ wings covered in sauce well. I forgot about my 2Liter sad...I was told to grab it on my way out but forgot because the friendly customer service young lady began to chat with me and lost track of my drink. My loss. They provide the packaged side of cheese and pepper flakes and plates, napkins too. The location inside is very big, very neat and clean. TVs are through out the restaurant. I will be returning to experience dine in. I ordered my dinner and picked it up. They told 15min for my order to ready and it was about 20min but that's fine with me as long as my pizza is hot. Menu is blasted on the wall upon entry ya can miss it.
Good food, a bit pricey, their specials, not much of a value. I can't give more than 3 stars because they are skimpy on meat when u order anything. You have to pay so much extra. For a family size dish of chicken Alfredo, they give one chicken breast and lots of pasta. It serves 2 to 3 folks, but no one is going to get more than one bite of chicken. It's tasty, but skimpy, always prepared well and hot. Just don't expect to get much chicken on it.
