Generous portions of at least 20 different flavors to choose from at a good price! The 'single' scoop is plenty and contains multiple scoops! Friendly customer service. We had gone to Slackers earlier in the day. Great place. Ended up going to have ice cream, what!, same place. The Big Dipper is through the restaurant to the ice cream shop. The server was very nice, good luck becoming a tattoo artist Lyrica!
Good ice cream. But the place needs a little updating. Service was OK, but the server wasn't that friendly, but he did his job. Part of an ice cream Parlor is the experience or you might as well go to the grocery store.
Ice cream is good. But the blonde dude in the ponytail was the least friendliest employee I've encountered. He did his job, and I appreciate him letting us try a flavor, but he was not friendly whatsoever. Hence why I gave a 3 star review
My family was really excited to hear that there was this Ice Cream shop attached to the restaurant we went to for dinner. They had a pretty standard selection of Dreyer's and Blue Bunny Ice Cream, which is going to be delicious, no matter where you get it. I decided to go with their Raspberry Sorbet. It was absolutely delicious, though, do be warned that it is a bit more melty than the other treats you can get. That isn't the Big Dipper's fault, I think it's just the way it is made. Since this shop is attached to the neighboring restaurant, there was not an employee there when we arrived, though they came very quickly once they realized where we were. They were very friendly and I really appreciate them answering our menu questions. I greatly recommend this place for those who like ice cream, and make sure you get some food from their attached restaurant, Slackers, as well!

The staff was really friendly and the ice cream was delicious. They didn’t offer a lot of flavors though. I would recommend the coffee ice cream and would definitely go again!!
