I've been wanting some good ol' soul food for a while, and Big Daddys popped up while doing some searching. Read the reviews. I liked what I read, and so I gave this place place a try. I've been to this location twice. Walking in the mouthwatering smells hit you immediately!
Open space for comfortable dining and a plentiful array of desserts are on display when you walk in. Ordering is pretty easy, as you can see mostly all of the food that is cooked and ready to be scooped up at the counter (buffet style) There are so many juicy, meaty, savory, and some sweet options to choose from. The juices are amazing and super sweet. They also have frozen drinks available.
The service was great and fast as long as you know what you want.
The bathrooms are clean and smell fresh, and the tables are wiped and clean.
The prices are absolutely ridiculous. They have cut back a lot on portions and then have the nerve to charged me an additional $10 for a single piece of meat that THEY first told me was on them for my wait. The new cashier is not the best. Please bring back the Fantasia look-alike young lady. She knew her stuff and gave excellent service! Oh and btw a veggie plate was $15! Absolutely ridiculous!!! The portion for the potato salad is literally a single small scoop. I don’t see myself supporting or recommending this place if this trend continues. $45 for a veggie plate and a cube steak dinner, no dessert, no drink. Again absolutely ridiculous!
They got the best food. This ain’t fast food. Service is excellent. You gotta try it!
Me and my man are from Tampa and just went to this place off instinct.. and we was definitely NOT disappointed! He let us taste test whatever we wanted! With all the options on the menu jerk chicken took the win! The portion size was nothing like tampa either! THANKS AGAIN AND PLEASE CHECK THEM OUT!!
First time coming here and it was a bit confusing ordering the food. It was a great experience and the food was delicious. We got 2 smothered pork chops, macaroni, greens, dressing, cornbread and a peach lemonade. I don’t really like the restaurants in Atlanta but this one was a hit. FINALLY, food with flavor. Reminded me of home
Veggies plate with a slice of key like pie????????the pie was ok this time but them veggies tho fingers licking good especially the dressing????????✅nice little soul food Joint.

Delicious home cooked taste, extremely sweet staff... Literally the only restaurant I bother eating at anymore. They never let me down. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
