Best BBQ in the greater Prescott area! Everything was perfect! I definitely recommend the Jalapeno Coleslaw as well!
May 26, 2022 My husband drove us from Seligman to Prescott to have lunch here on my Birthday ???? and the food was above excellent. So delicious ???? Also the entire staff is amazing and went over and beyond with their customer service.
Best BBQ on the area! The Chef and staff are incredible. If you are anywhere near this place you have to eat here. My favorite side is their potato salad. Their Smoked Meatloaf is awesome but only available as a daily special. Never had a bad meal here.
Driving thru Chino Valley, we were hungry and decided to try out the BBQ.
It's a small place just about a 1/2 block or so from Hwy 89.
Upon arriving, they have the daily specials right outside the door. You order at the front counter and they bring the food out to you.
We ordered the sampler platter with mac n cheese and potato salad to share.
The sampler platter comes with ribs, pulled pork, and tri-tip. The ribs were fall off the bone good. The tri tip, was tender moist and perfectly smoked. The pulled pork was moist and you can tell it was smoked just the right amount. They also have a variety of BBQ sauces that will tantalize any taste buds. Good on their own but also good mixed. Your choice to play with.
The sides are all homemade. The potato salad had red potatoes and egg. Very good! The Mac and cheese was perfectly sauced with just the right amount of cheesiness and was not dry.
The platter filled both of us up and was the perfect amount.
If we are driving through Chino Valley again will be stopping by again! Kudos to the BBQ master!!
The smokey flavor of the brisket is off the charts good! Throw a little honey habanero barbecue sauce on it and you're golden! Highly recommend!
Eric knows his BBQ. I was only in AZ a few hours and this was one of my stops and well worth it.
Great Q AND great sides! That's a combination not often found under one roof. Big Daddy E's does it right - the brisket was very nicely done - moist, flavorful, and not too heavy on the seasoning, letting the meat speak for itself. The beans and coleslaw were both phenomenal- not too tangy not too sweet on the slaw. The folks that work there are all friendly and outgoing, not a trait often found in today's "corona crazy can't talk to people" restaurant industry. We will be back. Oh, and the patio on the south side is pet friendly, as are the people that work there.
Stopped in while visiting Chino Valley and had the brisket sandwich which blew my socks off! The staff was very friendly and Erik even took me out back and showed me his set up. (I’m a beginner smoker) had a great time. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!
