Josh the owner of Big Country Diesel Performance did an outstanding job with our 99 Dodge. After we took it to a quick lube company for a routine oil change which led to a burned up lift pump due to the techs inability to prime it properly. While it was at the shop Josh was able to replace the fan clutch that was going out. This saved us a possible catastrophic event as we are soon to travel across country pulling our RV. His prices were great and his service and honesty were priceless. We highly recommend anyone needing their diesel vehicle serviced to give him a call.
Josh was able to diagnose our problem quickly same day we called and got our truck in the very next day and completed the repairs in one day. He was very friendly and knowledgable…did I mention quick!!! Will go back for any future repairs!!
These guys knocked it out of the park with my OBS 7.3. They did a T4 turbo kit with Intercooler, adrenaline hpop, fuel bowl delete and electronic fuel system and lastly new cab bushings. Kept me up to date step by step. When I got it back out of the shop I didn’t have to go back and fix anything they did or find anything loose. This is huge to me because I am a mechanic as well. Thank you guys!
They did a good job on my truck. Got it started and finished perty fast ,change the starter and found a short in my AC system so they fixed my AC as well .????????
Josh was professional and great to work with. Helped me actually figure out what was going on with my 1996 Ford F-250 7.3. Was extremely reasonable on the price. I can't recommend him and his team enough. I'll be taking my truck here for any maintenance going forward.
They are quick and on the ball. They help you on the spot and not send you down the road. My husbands truck wasnt driving in OD so they tested it and gave him an idea of how to do an inexpensive work around to put off the 1200 dollar repair.
Had a hose bust 3 hours from home and Lane helped us out big time on his day off for a great price. Great place to have work done would highly recommend this shop.
