I ordered 2 2piece big chic special thigh and wing and 1 3 piece big choc special thigh 2 wings also ordered 3 piece tender meal I get home checked my food I get 3 premature baby chicken wings so I called spoke with and employee and she directed me to the manager her response was those are the size we sell right now we don't have big ones anymore I wish yall could see these wings ripe off
Definitely not as good as it used to be. I know the economy is garbage right now, but the price I paid for my order was ridiculous for what I got. It makes me sad because I grew up eating Big Chic chicken and went there almost every Sunday when I was in college. I'm not saying I will not ever go back, but I won't be in a hurry. There are much better options for chicken in LaGrange. Also, the Big Chic in Manchester is much better.
The chicken is hot fresh and even though it is fried it is not greasy. It does not have a ton of breading on it. First time eating here. If I lived in the city I would eat here every day. Really really good. Highly recommended
The chicken is good with nice crispy skin, but it would be nice to have sides. Coleslaw, or something else besides fries. And they charge extra for hot sauce packets, kinda crazy. The rolls are just sad mine looked like someone sat on them; so small and smashed
I love this chicken coup. Lol fresh fried chicken and friendly, even when they busy they help you and don't get rude like some places. They take the stress out of lunch or dinner on any day. Love rm

I went to Big Chic today and i ordered a breast, fries and roll. I was given cold food that apparently been cooked and sitting for quite a while. When i brought it to staff attention i was told that it was fresh and i said well feel it then and they declined and immediately gave me a refund! Some of the staff in there are rude and I will never shop with them again. I don’t appreciate cold food at all ! I went up the street from Big Chic to King Chic and ordered.
