I ordered 2 "combination" plates. It was almost $50 (receipt attached). What makes it worse is that the employees were very rude to everyone who patronized their business. The lady was calling out Joel, which is not my name, then got mad when nobody responded. It was then I realized that the guy didn't get my name correct on the receipt. They should just call the check number if they cant get people names correct. Taxes are ridiculous here. Dont give bad service and businesses your business. However, the food wasn't terrible. Service made it bad.
Placed an order at kiosk. All I heard was “..fried rice.” Come to find out, they were out of it. Never calls customer name on fulfilled orders nor problems with order. Instead of telling me to credit the fried rice, I was told to go to cashier register. Then come to find out they cancel and credit my order, instead of offering substitute, or crediting the fried rice only- they cancel the entire thing, didn’t prepare anything, and just credits the entire order without clearly communicating what they were doing. Mind you this was after 40-minute wait. Not wanting to miss my flight, I didn’t fight them. What a useless crew and service. Terrible. Evident lack of training and oversight. Or workers plainly don’t care. These people should be fired.
What you’d expect from airport Chinese food - overpriced, low quality. But hey, the flavor is there, and my kung pao came piping hot out of the pan.
This is easily the worst airport food I’ve ever had. The dishes weren’t hot, the flavors were awful, and a single egg roll simply shouldn’t cost $5.99 (even for airport prices). The service was mediocre/lackluster and neither my husband, myself or our 3 kids ate more than 20% of our plate. We ultimately chalked it up as a (pricey) loss and grabbed a to-go sandwich from a kiosk.
I think this might have been the worst meal I have ever had, horrid ripoff. I sent a picture of the meal to My wife and she said the meal looked like it had already been eaten. It’s worth noting I am the least picky eater I know.
Food is BAD…Lady in the front SOOOOO RUDE…worst food and over priced…Lady so angry when I asked about combination plate..She screamed and yell at me to read the menu and come…and this worst food I have paid $22…DONT GIVE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY TO THIS WORST SERVICE AND RUDE PEOPLE
Saw the bad ratings and figured it would be bc of slow service at airport or something. No, this was just literally the worst Chinese food I’ve had in my life. The fried rice was not the light brown rice- it was dark, mushy, and tasted burned. The orange chicken also was nothing like other orange chickens- in a bad way. And that cost $22. Literally get anything else.
Over double the price of Panda Express, much worse food. Portions aren't even that much better.
Orange chicken is actively bad (Panda is significantly better, and that is only C-tier)
One of the worst food experiences I've had in a while honestly - surprising.
