The older lady that works here was unprofessional. My daughter was not satisfied with her hair and ask if she can go over her hair again with the flat irons she told her no then she ask can you at least wrap it for me she then told her yea if you go to dollar general and buy your own hair pins since when do you have to buy your own hair pins this place is a joke. My daughter was in tears crying if you good business and someone is not satisfied you should try and fix the problem not make them feel bad.
They friendly and did wonderful job with my daughter's hair.
Staff is super unprofessional especially the older woman. They changed the price that we agreed on mid shampoo saying my hair was too long and too much. They didn't even straighten my hair out well. Never had issues at other hair salons. First and last time going there.
I get my hair done here frequently but today I Drove an hour to make it here to get my hair done. I just wanted a wash and blow dry. Got there at 6:15 pm. Google says they close at 7. The open sign was on but the door was locked and the girl just waved me off. She did not come to the door. Terrible! Never going there ever again.
This was my first time here. The owner and stylist shared services to me. Extremely clean and relaxing environment. They provided suggestions to healthy hair growth and maintenance. Will definitely return. Again and again!!!!! Thanks for personal and professional hair services.
This place is amazing. I can't remember the lady's name who did my hair but she did a great job. I came in and asked for a trim and a style. She literally looked at a picture and did my hair within an hour. Wash, blow dry, cut and style all in an hour. I will definitely be coming back.
The staff was very friendly.The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and clean. My natural, color treated hair looks shiny, bouncy, and healthy. I was in and out in an hour without my scalp or ears getting burned. Overall I was impressed with this salon and will be a repeat customer.
I really like this salon. My daughter and I been going for over a year now. They are fast and friendly and I have recommended them to a few people that also went to this salon to get their hair done. The reaction I received after I earned my second free wash and blow dry was just crazy. The way the card is “Suppose” to work is every time you come in and get your hair done they will punch the card. After the 9th punch you earn a free wash +set + blow dry your next visit. To make a long story short my experience with trying to use my free services did not go smoothly this time. Maybe after 20 + visits including my daughter is enough and you clearly don’t need our business anymore. If you don’t want to give your customers the free services that they earned and you promised after the 9th visit then Please Stop Giving the Customers the cards!!!!
