I placed an online order through DoorDash and just wanted to share that whoever made my bowl did a FANTASTIC job. The ingredients tasted fresh and the bowl was filled to the brim. I appreciate your service.
One of the best Asian grill food I’ve had. Delicious, flavor, and tasty. I had the steak (well done) and chicken bowl with rice and vegetables. Delicious sauces and the meats are seasoned just write. Delivery service through vendors are available. Decent prices.
I wasn’t impressed with the service. I didn’t get any sauce on my bowel, I prefer on the side. The gentleman at the register told me that they charge .30 for each sauce that is placed on top of the bowel. And then he tried to force me to take the sesame, ginger pkt. I told 4 times that I don’t eat ginger, I’m allergic I want just sesame oil. After going back and forth about me refusing to take the sauce, I checked my receipt to discover that was charged for a soda and an additional.30 for a soda tax. I never ordered a soda. This is questionable
The manager was very nice and helpful. He gave my friends and myself free snickerdoodles and cleared our trash for us. The store itself is very clean.
I ordered online for pickup. I don't know which employee attended to me, but he was so kind and friendly to help me find my order! Love the atmosphere. Will hopefully done in someday :)
This place is getting so skimpy with the portions, ask for extra broccoli and they put 1 more pc on, I said that's not enough and the manager said I'm not putting more on. I walked out and left them with the bowl.
I love having an entirely gluten free option, and the food is both delicious and healthy. It was our first time as we are only traveling through Ohio, but I will go out of my way to eat at another BIBIBOP.
Small portion very rude staff food always either overcooked or undercooked and they keep increasing the price
