I asked for feedin braids with Knotless braids in the back and she did so wonderful! I also let her know I am very tender headed and the braids did not hurt at all! My 3rd time coming here and I will be back ! I had to run out because I had some things to take care of but the timing was perfect and I really like my hair! Thank you!
I spoke with this owner at least 5 times. Prior to the day of my hair needing done. Then I came by the shop prior to the day because I have short hair and she said she needed to see it. I came up there to show her my hair. She was not here but another worker said she could do it. She told me to call her Fri and confirm with her that I am coming Saturday. I called her Fri. Then the owner told me to call her Sat morning…. Keep in mind I live about a hr away. I called her at 7 because they open at 8. No answer. Then I called again at 7:30 no ans. She called me back at 7:55 and apologized and told me she left her phone at the shop. I told her I was on my way. 1 hr later I get here and she is working on someone else head. Then she tells me she is trying to get some help here and then she will start on my head. Someone else walks in with her child and then another worker. She then tells me that the worker is going to do the child hair first then the worker will start on mine. I am beyond frustrated and upset wasting time and gas. When you have a business it’s a certain way to conduct your business. Very very poor customer service.
If you have 180 dollars and 8 hours to waste I would definitely suggest this place.
They must have their family an friends leaving comments because I went there for the first time yesterday to get micros. Active military just moving to AL mind you
They claim to not even have natural color human micro braiding hair. So I let that go and still got my hair done.
The braids, now that I see them are half way braided, she didnt bother to clean them up and I even left a tip of 20 bucks. Worst hair braiding services I've ever had. Pictures will be in my next comment.
OMG, I didn't realize how tender headed I was, until I got here. Great people. Nice customer service, and reasonable price. Love it here.

This hair salon was great. My braids turned out much better than my old salon and with much less time. She did an amazing job!
The braids are beautiful, just the girl doing my hair was slow and talked on the phone, ate and watched several movies the entire 9 hours I was there, she was non chalant about the whole thing????????♀️????
