I first called in before to check if they were busy,they told me in 30 minutes they wouldn’t be. I came in 30 minutes after and they were t available to attend to me. I got acrylics full set which is what I always get in any shop and i came out like this… I asked on the phone how much it was she mentioned 25£ and once I get there it suddenly changed to 30£. I won’t come back.
I have been Beyond Beauty Customer for over 6 years and always had a great service. They have such great choice of shellac nail colours, very good and friendly staff! They are always super helpful and accommodating too. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good manicure/pedicure service. Top quality!

Best nail shop in south east London! The customer service is always excellent and the staff are so kind. They always do my nails so perfectly and I never have to wait too long. I’ve been going to beyond nails for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Great nails but I asked for nail extensions at first and was quoted £48 and then changed my mind to just s&s and was still quoted £48. So I was overcharged and I think they owe me a refund . They should be a lot clearer on prices and should be careful not to overcharge people when they charge people. Especially when they changed their minds about the products

When I went in, at first it was a bit chaotic but since I had an appointment I was seen really quickly. I also like that the same girl did my mani and pedi and did a great job at cuticle work! They use single use filers for the pedi, place is clean. The prices are surprising competitive! Will come definitely be coming back!
