I am a faithful customer here. They are really nice and do an awesome job!!! I recommend this place for mani, pedi, eye lashes and wax! I get my nails painted with gel which lasts!!! Worth the money.
Horrible service. Went in for a gel removal and walked away with scratched, uneven and almost broken nails. The nail tech must have not had any experience removing gel because she was so rough with the nail instruments that it was a painful experience. She kept nicking my nails. Things got worse once another customer came in and requested a pedicure. The lady was in a rush to finish with me and go to the other lady that she didn’t bother to sit down and properly finish my nails. She was in such a rush with the buffer that she kept folding over my long nails due to how fast she was trying to buff them. She even started buffing my skin. Definitely never coming back for a simple service such as a gel removal. Go to the nail salon inside the Walmart for five star treatment.
I went in for a standard pedicure and manicure. I accepted the up sale for the dip powder for my nails. I love the results for both the dip and the pedicure. Normally I don't mind if the technicians don't talk to me, but the two technicians that helped me completely ignored me. One seemed really focus on just what she was doing but the other one was really engrossed in her conversation and seemed a little irritated. Other than that the service was great, I love my nails. They told me the dip is supposed to last at least a month so we shall see.
They are so rude and make you feel very unconformable. Was getting my pedicure done and they did my gel nails at the same time but had my reach over my arm and hold it up on the opposite side the whole time. Talk about the worst experience. I did complain and I didn't tip which she understood but I went back after hoping it wouldn't happen again but it did. DO NOT GO HERE. It is cheap but not worth your time. They will not speak much English with you besides one girl who does a great job but the owner sucks. They just laugh when you say something.
Worst experience of my life. Went to get my nails done one evening and while the nail "professional" so to speak (her name is KIM) had finished cutting down my nails, I requested to have them shorter; apparently this request put me in a "high maintenance" category and she refused to work on completing my nails. She called herself a professional which she doesn't come close to. You can constantly hear them yelling at each other in Vietnamese and it makes you feel very uncomfortable during your entire experience. Kim's so called professionalism should be accounted for and I would not recommend this nail salon. I believe that if you are in the customer service industry and the customer is paying for a service, the custom has a right to request for what they want. I have worked in the service industry and I know what good service is.
The manager of this store let me know she would inform the owner but I highly doubt any action towards Kim has been accounted for.

I went to get my nails done here and it was an awful experience. The owner of this shop was rude and bossy. Mostly everyone was on their phones the whole time. The communication between everyone was terrible and they talked to each other in such a condescending and derogatory way. When I was getting my nails done, I was given the vibe that I was not wanted, nor my money and the person who did my nails did poorly on the nail I needed to have fixed. She did my nails in such a short time and I know it takes at least an hour for a fill , if done right. She took 30. At the end, the person who did my nails was gone. I was left under the gel dryer for 10 minutes before I decided to leave. The person wasn't even done attending to my nail. I was fed up and just went to go pay for service and when I was paying, the owner kept looking at my nails and telling her technician did a great job. Despite everything I was trying to be nice and gave the technician a tip and once the owner saw that tip, she started going off in the language that she speaks and I know she was cussing me out. Others are right about their sanitary tendencies as well. They don't clean out their pedicure bowls after working. Avoid if you can.
If I could give this place no stars I would. The woman doing my pedicure rushed like there was no tomorrow. I had to keep telling her she was missing spots with the nail polish and that my nails were not shaped evenly (crooked edges and all)....to top it off, there was NO ONE waiting for services. Besides the only other customer getting a pedicure, THE SHOP WAS EMPTY. No need to rush. Another woman who worked there told me to give the woman doing my pedicure to give her the one color of three I was deciding out of. When I gave her the color I wanted, she watched me until I gave her the other 2 polishes......as if I was going to take the polish out of the shop with me....
ZERO STARS!

Went to the Beverly Nail shop here in Mesa. They were pushy, rude & yelling at each other. The girl kept touching me, wanting to help me. I told her it's the other lady's fault. If I wanted to hear yelling & fighting I would have gone to work today????
The the loud rude one was outside when I was leaving & I told her it was all her fault. Then she flipped me off. So much for people from other countries. The only people who hate you for paying them Our hard-earned cash. I was outta there!!!!????????????????????
