The Staff is AMAZING. Pat is a wonderful individual who knows her stuff. And Mr. Betz knows vehicles inside and out. He has a crazy sense of humor and keeps you laughing. You need something fixed he's got you and prices are reasonable.
Armand and Ms. Pat are family to me, no short cuts on any repairs, always done right the first time, and very fair pricing , I would recommend BETZ Automotive to all my family and friends, and also to you. Thank you for all your years of service..
Poor business don’t do repairs without rushing. Call to correct problems give run around. Service not complete. I wouldn’t recommend this business PERIOD!!!
The Owner is a very nice Man who is upfront honest and funny! I highly recommend Betz Automotive for your Automotive needs. It is nice to know that a person will not take advantage of you.
I would have gave this company 5 stars, but the receptionist took 2 stars away. She is the most rudest receptionist I met. No customer service skills what so ever. If it wasn't for my previous warranty, I would have immediately stepped out.

For the sake of your company, find another receptionist. First encounters mean everything. Don't think I'm making any referrals to your business because of her. She was rude then and she is even rude now.
My daughter had car trouble, so we looked up the nearest place. They took her car right away, and were done early the next day. Great, reliable, and a great price on parts and labor.
They always professional and courteous towards the customer. They do outstanding work with reasonable prices. Betz automotive repair is great place to take your vehicle for repairs.
