I came in on Friday to get one new tire, he convinced me to buy three so I did. Saturday morning I was leaving to go out of town only to find two of the tires were flat. I called several times on Saturday and they were closed. They have a sign that says they are closed on Saturday and it also says on the site they are closed on the weekends. The little girl they have working at the front desk is rude and condescending every single time I talked to her about the situation. They made me feel as if it was my problem to fix. I got the tires to the shop for them to fix, they tried to say one of my wheeels were damaged and they would fix it "this time". There won't be a next time! My wheels were fine before I brought them and did not loose air before. I explained I did call the very next day and no one answered. She cut me off, and lied saying they were open on Saturday but the signs on the shop and their website says otherwise. She hung up after I asked why she was being so rude and not allowing me to talk. These Mexicans are rude and only respect their own. DO NOT PURCHASE TIRES FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will have issues. Then he gets on here saying the cameras show bad language but I wasn't even the person who brought them back. When the person asked the owner what was wrong with the tires, he told him to ask the rude lady at the front desk. They wouldn't even talk to the black man! They are racists and should not be in business AT ALL! Posted is the original receipt and then the receipt from when they fixed it. You can see they said the tires had holes and tried to say my wheel had pockets or was damaged and tried to make it seem they were doing me a favor by fixing it. No good customer service should've allowed it to be fixed with no attitude towards the customer! There was no reason to give me attitude then lie and say I have bad language. Such liars!
My brother got 2 used tires and we were on our way out of town and the tires were flat just 30 minutes of driving and this isnt the first time this happens also my moms boyfriend got a tire from here as well and his tire had holes too and went flat dont waste your money here
They charged me $150 for two tires, and one of them got on a flat just ten days later and will not honor my purchase. Probably because I am not Mexican!
A great place to come and get tires and get them mounted and balanced for a great price or get a good used one for a great price top notch people
Great prices and fast and great service. Did 4 tires in about 10 minutes and riding smooth.
