This Korean/Chinese/Southeast Asian/tiny bit Japanese fusion noodle and dumpling palace is what dreams are made of! I had the spicy Szechuan super soup, with wheat noodles (kind of like Ramen noodles and perfect). The broth was delicious, tons of perfectly cooked veggies and lots of noodles and beef. Wow! ????????
Can't wait to work my way through their extensive menu but it will be hard not to get this same soup ever time. ????????❤️????????
It is a little grungy and the bathrooms are to be missed if possible but it all just adds to the authenticity! ????
One of my favorite restaurants in Santa Cruz! I can get vegan gluten free curry noodle soup here that tastes amazing. My whole family loves the food here. Plus they are super quick and bring the food right out. I highly recommend Betty Noodles!
I have been going to this restaurant since they had their last location. This new location is awesome. The best part is their delicious one of a kind noodle soups/ phó.
Been here twice and went back for the same thing. Delicious yellow chicken curry with coconut rice. Hands down best yellow curry curry. Friend had the same curry in a broth. We’re already planning to go back.
Gluten-free friendly. Have rice noodle options. The sesame balls tasted like they had just been made.
The spicy szechuan super soup was so flavorful and delicious! The spicy garlic noodle was nothing special - a little too sweet, not very spicy or garlicky, and the noodles came separate / were not stir fried in the sauce. Seems like soup is the dish to order! No one came to fill up our glasses with water, so we eventually just grabbed a pitcher and did it ourselves. Otherwise, great experience and we will definitely be back soon!.
Highly recommend the Betty Super Soup with thin white noodles. Udon noodles were very good too.
We tried the crispy soy pork wontons and really liked it as well.
The food was delicious. The black pepper noodles were amazing. The cucumber salad was okay, I didn't really enjoy it. I think it was old as the cucumbers seemed soggy and limp. The service was outstanding though! The staff were constantly refiling our waters and asking if we needed anything. We really appreciated that. We will be back!
Stumbled upon this place during a roadtrip. Really ambient and cozy inside. Staff was friendly and attentive. LOTS of different options, you’ll find something you’ll enjoy. We got crispy sesame ginger wings(the best dish), chicken and kimchi dumplings, bbq pork bao, peanut sauce noodles, and shrimp fried rice. Each dish was great! The one thing that did sort of bother me was the bbq pork bao. Don’t get me wrong they were tasty, but they definitely are the frozen Trader Joe’s ones. I’ve had those dozens of times and I knew when I saw them what they were. That aside, this place rocks!
